Top notch customer service! They were able to order the bed we wanted and we found the perfect mattress. I thought it would take all day, maybe driving around to 10 different places, but this was my first stop of the day and thankfully my last. We were in and out quickly and the owners were not only efficient but very caring and genuine.

It took 4 months to get a return processed. The owner Eddie and his wife Heather are both difficult to deal with and basically didn't return any phone calls and had only email correspondence. One might say the worst experience that you could possibly have. Eddie is only in control of the warehouse while the wife runs the show and zero communication with him after buying 3 beds totaling over 6k from him directly but when it was time to return a defective bed it was a nightmare and they were a nightmare. I would not recommend this place for my dog after all of their zero communication with another retailer who's been in business for over 90 plus years trying to help us get warranty for a bed that I purchased from Eddie. Truly clueless and classless how they ignored over 4 months of back and forth with them until then their wasn't any communication with Heather or Eddie. I called Ed personally and he was like I don't know anything about your bed and this is my personal cell your calling. Yes I'm aware Ed because you gave it to me. What a joke and a jerk. Did you think after I bought 3 top of the line serta Icomfort mattresses that I jut would go away and be quiet but thank god for these reviews to help the consumer know who your dealing with. People make sure when you buy a mattress or furniture that your business has been around for years. These guys were originally America's mattress now their on their own and don't carry 1/5 of the beds they had at that location. Once again know who your buying from because when you need service and they say we don't carry that here because this is a different store from the furniture space. If I could give zero stars I would but I had to put 1 star which is not my choice. Thankfully we now have a retailer who is all about customer service and have been phenomenal to work with. Maybe Heather next time you will answer your phone calls from my wife and myself and the other retailer that was helping us to rectify your mistake. Maybe then I wouldn't have to put you on blast so people truly know your like a car salesman once you buy it don't call us when you need help because you'll just get emails whenever they want to send one. Horrible Business and you deserve this review !!

Went during business hours with sign lit up saying Open but doors were locked. Another sign said to call for associate to open doors and nobody answered. Maybe they only do business online but if you're driving here don't stop. Nobody is home.
