Very impressed by the level of professionalism and team at this location. I had issues with the tpm sensors initially installed but Brandi and Sean took the time to contact the manufacturer and found me the correct sensors. Brandi even ordered 2 sets just incase 1 of the sets was defective. They kept me in the loop the entire time on what they were doing and the next steps and were always responsive when I called. Honestly I haven’t seen this level customer service anywhere before. Will be recommending this location to all my family and friends.

Tire pressure was low. Pulled up and they quickly filled my tires! They’re always so nice. We have been coming here for at least 10 years now!

Better than fair prices, extraordinarily fast installation, and very competent installation personnel. What more could you ask for? I couldn't be happier.
That above review was from several years ago. My experience last year was some different. I ordered 2 tires via telephone. When I arrived to pick them up, I was told it’s debit card or cash, which was their policy unless they were to be installed. This was even though the card I tendered was used for ~$1500 to purchase installed tires several months prior. Totally insane management policy. Will I do business with them again?

A big shout out to Manny up front. He's extremely knowledgeable, super nice guy with great customer service. He pointed out some tread separation I hadn't noticed and sidewall cracking posing a threat to the integrity of the tire. Although I came in for a flat repair he earned my business for my next set of tires due to his great customer service and tire knowledge. I dont care that he may not be a mechanic, but a great tire expert! Thx Manny and team for your help today!

Came here two days in a row to replace the tires on my vehicles. Purchased tires from tire rack and got them installed at this location -- both appts were at 12:15 and i was out the door with my car by 12:45. Cameron the technician was 10/10 and a big reason why i came back the next day. deserves a promotion.

The store had the greatest customer service! I walked in somebody came right up to me and asked if they could help me. They My reservation and got me started right away. I barely sat down to open my laptop to begin working and somebody called my name. They walked over to me and wanted to make sure I knew that they were starting on my car now and it shouldn’t be more than 35 minutes. Not more than five minutes later, someone else walked over to make sure I’ve been notified. They started my car and it would keep me posted within the next 10 minutes somebody else checked on me and five minutes later my car was completed. Great experience. I highly recommend this shop.

I bought my Pathfinder into America's Tire with a slow leak in one tire. They repaired the leak in about 40 minutes. They didn't charge me for the repairs. I'll be back there when I need new tires.

They are very slow and make you wait a long time, I bought new tires here and they only lasted me three years and they didn't honor the warranty a nail was in the middle of the tire and according to their warranty they will patch or repair or replace it and they told me they couldn't fix it due to low tread but there's plenty of tread, won't ever buy tires from here again, I took it to Guadalajara tires and they patched it up in 5 minutes

Dont bring a nice car here. They have no problem putting their greasy black hands all over your new cars suede steering wheel and door. Only reason I went here to begin with was my mobile installer was 2 weeks out on appointments, will never come here again thats for sure.
