I got a full set of tires about a year ago and got a flat last week. The staff went the extra mile to find me the right tire and did it with a smile! Everyone i have dealt with at the Orange store on Tustin has been absolutely wonderful! Even the guy last year that sold me the tires with the warranty was amazing! Quick service!

Armando was amazing
Had a bolt in my back tire, on the way to work I stopped at a different tire location and they wanted $250 for a new tire.
I stopped at American Tire, Armando helped me right away. The gentleman in the back patched my tire, I was out of there in amount 15 minutes and they said I didn’t have to pay anything. I was so stressed. It true when they say never know what to expect in life! I never thought a completely stranger can make my day and realize that are still some great people left on this miserable World we all live in ! Definitely stop by when you need any type of help with tires!!! When mine are wearing off, I’m buying from here my next new set!

Came in first thing in the morning with a badly leaking tire. Took care of me and had me in and out in about half an hour. Will come back when I need some new tires

The crew here are always friendly and helpful every time I’ve come in with tire issues. They’re clear on what the plan is, the wait time, and pricing so I always know what to expect. I would recommend this place to anybody who need their tires issues taken care of.

Very good service, friendly and good communication, waiting time 1 hour for a tire change, and a complete inspection from brekas, to radiator and air conditioning, I will come in two weeks for another service

What a wonderful crew! Dropped my car off with a nail in my tire. Technician was amazing who checked me in. Joked around, was helpful and made the process easy! We were running late to pick up and they were extremely understandable and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Armando saved me- my tire got a nail right near the store and i was late for a meeting. I didnt have time or anything. He took care of me under 20 minutes- I’m beyond indebted to his service and kindness- big fan of them now
