Wonderful customer service!! I needed to track down a nebulizer for my infant son and they are harder to track down these days (I didn't want to online order, wanted to pick up asap) but Alpha was one of the first places I called and had several options in stock that I could pick up that day. Staff were so friendly and took out all of the fun-shaped nebulizers for us to see, and provided info for insurance also. As a healthcare provider, I would absolutely refer patients to use this store and would personally go back any time to support a local business vs online order!

Let's start by saying I don't really enjoy going here because it means someone in my family or myself is hurt and needs a piece of equipment to make our lives better. That being said this place is great they have everything you can imagine and if for some reason they don't they can happily order it for you. Picked up an ankle brace for my 11 year old son and realized I've been coming here for over 15 years and they have always come thru. I will always come back here.

I'm so grateful to have discovered this place! The owner is absolutely amazing and incredibly kind. They have a wide range of items available at very reasonable prices. What sets this store apart is the genuine care and compassion they have for others. In a time when I was feeling stressed and uncertain, I found exactly what I needed here. The wonderful owner made me feel so welcome and supported.

I have recently visited this store, and I have met, Zari, a very knowledgeable, kind hearted, and super helpful to find a right medical devices to help me with my ailments. I wish I would have known this place as I have struggled to find a right equipment to aid my independence living aids for a long time. I would recommend this place to everyone in a heartbeat as you got the help from Zari. Bless her heart for all she does to help others. Thanks Zari!

Great warm and friendly customer service and an outstanding selection ! My husband needed an ankle brace and didn't want to go to the local pharmacy. Instead we went here and Sonny gave my husband a selection of choices, and then proceeded to personally make sure the brace fit perfectly.

I'm pleased beyond belief with Alpha Medical Supplies Plus. Zari and her husband are great people. I came in needing bandages for my mother in law and a shower chair. I was greeted right away. Zari took over for her husband to help in another area. She made my stressful situation better.. Thank you! We will come back again.

This store is very well stocked and the staff are true professionals. We have come to them for a few different items for our kids after injuries.
