When I went to check into my room that was already paid for, they told me they had no record of the payment and made me pay twice for my stay until the weekday staff came in on Monday and were able to figure it out. Also, front desk staff was completely unhelpful when I asked for new linens. They told me they would bring them to me in 10 minutes, I had to wait over an hour and ended up going to the front desk and was given the incorrect linens for my bed and had to wait even longer to receive the correct linens.

TLDR; best hotel for the price, location, and accommodations
Firstly, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the price. I went to Disney for the day and stayed there for the night and the drive to and from is only like 5-8 minutes, depending on traffic. The room itself was spacious and accommodating, there was a lot of pleasantries, the bed was clean and comfortable, the coffee from the coffee maker was good, and the curtains were truly black-out curtains. The hotel offers breakfast which was really good! There was eggs, turkey sausages, pancakes, seasoned potatoes, fruit salad, yogurt, granola, lots of different bread options, orange juice (which was devine), and coffee with different creamer options, all of which was constantly being refilled throughout the duration of the breakfast time which is great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a pool, bar nearby, Wendy’s nearby, parking was great, and an ice maker. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely go again.

Safety: I felt extremely safe here. No homeless people standing outside or creeps.
Walkability: You could pretty much walk to anything nearby
Food and drinks: There’s a bar nearby and a Wendy’s

The welcoming staff wasn’t very welcoming as if we were inconveniencing them, although check-in was smooth. The hotel had a specific smell to it, the elevators are very small and rattle a lot. The rooms are very outdated and they have plumbing issues that inconvenience their guest and make it unenjoyable. Their beds are very old and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was lackluster and the employees ignore you as if you are inconveniencing them. For this being an Ayres property, I am very disappointed and most likely will not be staying here in the future.

Hotel was a great location for Disney parks. Regular shuttle to bring you there and back right outside the door.
Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Great breakfast variety. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Comfortable bed, big room, nice having fridge and microwave... only negative shower head so low, I'm 6'6" and had to get on my knees to wash my head, lol

Nearby activities: The City at Orange super close, tons of shopping and food to chose from...
Safety: Lights all thru parking lot, lots of parking
Walkability: Nearby restaurants, Starbucks super close too

False advertising on rooms. Room is too small, bed is a full size not a queen. TV doesn’t work. Bathroom is too small. Noisy. Staff doesnt care if you voice concerns. We asked for blankets and towels to be brought to our room. It’s been an hour no one ever came. Horrible service never coming back.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. We used it as a base to explore LA and loved how safe and clean the hotel felt. It was also a great location for visiting disneyland! The breakfast every morning was great and the hot food selection varied every morning which was nice to have a variety. Staff were friendly and helpful and the carpark was easy to find and use. Only slight negatives were the gym was quite small and the pool was closed (although staff did let us know we could use the sister hotels pool which was good!). Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean! The heated pool and hot tub were awesome! We enjoyed the breakfast and variety of options available. Your location was great for Knott's Berry Farm and the beach. Would love it if there was also a KBF season pass discount...since we have season passes. Maybe a Touch of Snoopy? :) We were supposed to have a package delivered during our week stay, but it was delayed. The front desk representatives called us as we were leaving to let us know it had been delivered, so we could return to pick it up. We really appreciated it! Can't wait to stay with you again!

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, we had someone in our party in a wheelchair so we had a lot of difficulty getting her in the elevator and room. But the rooms were clean

Awful mattress. Noisy environment sirens due to proximity of UCI Med center. Worst night sleep I’ve encountered at a hotel. Granted the location is by one of the busiest freeways, but double paned windows would have helped.
