Ordered a brake booster/master cylinder combo. Long shipping time with no tracking number, even after they were contacted multiple times asking for one. Absolutely zero support after the sale. No mounting bolts. No manual. No invoice or other paperwork.

Absolutely no contact what soever after the order was made. No confirmation E mail,etc. Tried calling , to get that done. Was told he would send out and email. He never did. No bill of sale. FINALLY, after a week and a half. The part showed up.Still with no paperwork of any kind. No warranty paperwork, nothing. I own an auto repair 't shop, and had no idea what to tell my customer. Won't be doing that again. On the up side, when the part finally did get here , it was fairly close to as described , but not totally.
