Bryan is always quick to respond on availability to get our trucks in quickly, works with our corporate team to get the service approved and our trucks back on the road ASAP. He services our big F650's and even our Toyota Sienna.

I took my vehicle for an oil change, Brian and his staff checked if my vehicle needed an alignment which it did. My vehicle is now running smoother than ever! Brian has the BEST customer service and A1 is totally trustworthy with any vehicle!Brian goes above and beyond and I've never had better service on my car. My breaks were acting up and no other place was able to figure out the problem and help me and Brian was proactive about the issue and came up with a great solution. 10000% recommend A1 Fleet Services!!!!

I've been using A1 Fleet for almost two years now and will never go anywhere else as long as they are around. Top notch service. I NEVER feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need. They are 100% transparent with all the services done or needed for my vehicles. I don't feel like just a customer, they treat me as if I were part of their family. They'll even provide a loaner vehicle if I give them enough notice. I keep most of my vehicles in south orange county so they aren't super close to me, however I would much rather drive a little further knowing I won't get taken advantage of. Thank you so much for all you guys do!

I called to receive an understanding of cost the gentleman on the other line will simply arrogant and rude, if his demeanor is a reflection of the quality of work then don't expect to drive too far if you get your vehicle service there. Customer service is something they don't emphasize on. Simply put stay away from this place

I have to say this is THE best place to take your vehicle to. The staff is absolutely amazing, patient and kind. I drive a 2000 Ford Excursion with a Diesel engine and they do me right!! We only have a small fleet of 5 trucks, so it's pretty easy to keep them maintained. But man, when one of your trucks breaks down at 4:30PM and is stranded, A1 really pulled through for us. They were able to have our truck towed to their yard and worked on first thing the following morning. Our warehouse is in Anaheim and they even offered to drive it back. Hands down most friendly and accommodating guys.
