The guy inside his bald he is so rude. Oh my god never ever going their so disrespectful and rude he took his time to attend me, sees me walks away then throws me my lottery when I give him the money he does not get it he looks at me like put it in my hand so we stare at each other and I say In my head why isn't he getting it so he stands their looks at me really mad I get a little scared get the money put it in his hand he takes it rudely I tell him can you turn on the air tire he looks at me mad and says yeah but never does it we wait and wait for a long time my husband goes and tells him then he gets rude with him..... he should not work their with such a rude attitude it kind of scared me the way he looked at me after I left but I wanted to just leave 2620 Chapman orange next to 57 freeway

Got gas here on a Sunday night, before heading back to San Diego. $1 a gallon cheaper here than in San Diego! Plus I got to watch the Disney fireworks while filling up.

We visited this gas station on November 5th at 6:15 am this morning and were met with two men at the register. This was the worst service we have ever received. We got gas and bought coffee. My mom desperately needed to use the restroom so my dad asked the man at the register for the restroom code. He told him the code and it didn't work and they didn't want to help him at all after he asked for help from both workers. They ignored him after and my dad was left feeling horrible after this interaction at this 7 eleven.

10/15/24 @11:15am. I'am regular customer in the 7 eleven and I went different places.I went in this place and bought a lotto ticket and trying to buy scratcher when i asked the guy the sales person in a nice way the guy responded to me he said, I heard it he said Go To Casino and Play.
I wrote this letter because I want to inform in the management .I hope they do better service ,nice approach and always give respect in the customer .

Haven’t been since summer (loved the store then, nice young men working, store was stocked and clean)went in today to a slurpee floor was sticky, machines didn’t work,no hot dog buns and the man behind the counter…smh never again and wasn’t to sure about using my card

Quickly became my favorite 7-11... Until they got some new Indian owner or manager that replaced the original staff with their own family. They are rude. Will argue with customers and try to upcharge. Are constantly on their phones ignoring you. One was clearly drunk when working the cashier. And the cleanliness of the place has gone down. If you come here, come for your gas. And avoid paying for anything inside.

Go here all the time usually everyone's cool but the guy at night indian/dark skin is very unprofessional and lazy. If you don't wanna deal with people don't get a job that has to interact with people
