Very rude and would not let customer use restroom. As a driver with a long commute this is terrible and the lack luster attitude reflect poor customer service.

NICE TRY BROKE ASS $100 failed transaction I'm from highland not orange county, but this is the spot where card fraud is happening was after midnight on a Friday , so right at pay time it failed. I don't think you need money tho tbh LMAO You got $10 I can borrow tho THIEF? Jesus loves you

I used to shop here on a regular basis because it's a half mile walk from my house, but I will not be shopping here any longer. They have raised their prices well above the rate of inflation. It's PRICE GOUGING, plain and simple. I went there the other day to buy a pint of Häagen-Dazs ice cream (which I haven't done in over a year). The price was $7.29!!! It used to be $4 to $5. Ben & Jerry's is now $8.29!!! To top it off, Häagen-Dazs is now 14 oz instead of the actual pint of 16 oz (this is obviously shrinkflation on Häagen-Dazs' part). I instead went to Vons where the Häagen-Dazs 14 oz "pint" is $5.99 and Ben & Jerry's is $4.99. That's a difference of $1.30 and $3.30 respectively. I understand I need to pay a surcharge for convenience, but an 20% higher price increase on Häagen-Dazs and a whopping 40% markup on Ben & Jerry's is EGREGIOUS! For the record, I ended up purchasing two 48oz Breyers Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream for $2.97 each. So I got 96 oz ice cream for $5.94 which is $1.35 cheaper than Häagen-Dazs 14 oz and $2.35 less expensive for Ben & Jerry's 16oz.It's not just ice cream. All of their prices have gone up 20%-40% more than they used to be. Yeah inflation I get it, but this is PRICE GOUGING the consumer. I won't be shopping here again any time in the near future.

Cashier just tried to rip me off. He would scan the UPC code that is next to the cashier and then scan your items and the cost difference is much more than your items

I don't recommend this store to anyone the owner has lazy workers and the store is always dirty. I asked the guy for hot wings at 8 :00 pm and he said it was to late he didn't even have a mask on and he didn't want to even help me so I left. He was very rude and unprofessional before they had a girl there with her kids and she would let the little kids charge the customers and she used to have a drunk guy living in the back room.

Worst staff ever so unfriendly and rude honestly if there was an option to rate this place a negative star I would.. The cashier worker gives a bad attitude and then he stars talking behind your back to the other workers on his language. I mean if you have something to say don't be a coward. Also he mention he didn't know how to work the cashier to return an item that I didn't intent to buy they might need some training on how to work the cashier and be less rude.

Came in as normal to make a quick purchase this morning, left VERY frustrated. I was repeatedly was told by cashier to "swipe" my card payment (instead of inserting it) even though my card has a chip. I swiped two times he told me "the card was declined" I know I have funds in this acccount, due to I being paid on Friday. OK so I will try to use a different card; again I was directed to "swipe" card instead of inserting the chip. Again, he tells me "oh it still doesn't work, swipe it again." I show him oh it has a chip though- he says "no no no chip reader doesn't work try swiping" so I swipe and again he tells me this card too is declined. Luckily I have a third account card and simply insert chip- miraculously the transaction is approved. This store location needs serious training for cashiers on payment methods please.
