The cashier is extremely rude and hostile she could be cleaning up if not helping customers instead follows you around and stares at what you are shopping for. Clearly I wasn't the only one she was rude to while I was leaving she was yelling at another customer.

The worst experience ever with ybe manager. She is rude and has no respect for anyone. She is disrespectful. She also doesn't want to accept coupons from 7/11. She will even go as far as to say ryde things to me.

BEST 711 IN ORANGE. Nellie best worker ever. Works so hard. So nice to see her everyday greets me with a hello.Too many haters. Who want to see this hard worker fired.....So thanks to the owner and NellieI choose this spot than a closer spot.Freshest food and small hard liquor selection for those die hard haters.

I always go to this 7-11 for all my needs and desires, and the customer service is phenomenal no matter how many custom orders they have they are great and professional. Moses always has a great attitude and a great fit for customer service.

Customer service was trash. The fat pig who works there midnight on Wednesdays hates his life and job and it shows. Methheads hanging around the store. No inventory. Throw the whole store away.

Well this army camo wearing dingus "cashier" made me so irritated. Like I'm wasting my time typing this now. Essentially more work than I'm sure you did your whole shift today. Which, OneWhy are you wearing all Army Camo...? This is Not Iraq, this is a 7-eleven you tard. Second, I do not want coffee water to use for my soup. Third, when I ask to use the microwave, your response shouldn't be "so it can boil over and make a mess"WHICHA) isn't my problemB) DO YOU THINK I AM INCAPABLE OF MAKING A SOUP WITHOUT MAKING A MESS? If I made a mess, I would clean it. Period. C) lastly, EVEN IF I did make a mess... YOU MAKE MONEY TO DO WORK. That is 0% my problem. Being that it was a gross when I went to use it anyway. Which just goes to prove, you're an insufferable person and I hope a bird poops on ur face.

I work at the teriyaki restaurant next to this 7-11 there is a female manager that works there she is often very rude to me making rude comments and I didn't do anything to deserve such treatment plus their fountain drinks are often not refilled and just water comes out and when I said something about it she said rudely "why don't you just go to your own place next door and get a drink then" and started rambling on and on rude comments about me and would not stop. It upset me so much because I knew if I said anything back to her it would lower me to her level and because I'm employed in the same building I didn't want to do that. It just ruined my whole day.Thank you for your time with this matter.
