Lazy owners ripping people off. Haven't changed their prices in the shelves in weeks, but items scan over 15 percent higher. Specials are not honored, although they are advertised. I feel sorry for the staff. Lazy owners with dishonest business practices. I'll leave one star reviews everyday that I come in and the prices haven't changed. Pathetic. I would give -5 stars.

A lot of times my card won't work the first few times this store runs it. It's much faster to just use the Extra Mile across the street.

I've become a regular here since the location on glassel is horrendous as far as customer service. I don't know who's hired the current employees here at this location but keep it up! The employees who CURRENTLY work here deserve a raise!!! THEY are SO polite and their customer service is A1! If the owner or Manger sees this review PLEASE give them a raise or reward them cause they deserve it! They are the reason why I've become a regular ❤️ side note the icee flavors here are delicious! Please don't change them!?

I low key just come here because I live close to it. You do see the typical crack head but that's pretty much it. The workers are very nice as well.

Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve received in awhile going to 7/11’s. And I go every day to varies one depending on routes. 3 minutes to do a simple transaction of 2 coffees (customer ahead of me). Finally owner of franchise ( a good guess) comes up to other register, I voiced opinion, and he could have cared less. Very unprofessional. Please do not patronize this business. They don’t deserve it.

1 star worst customer service and location ever wow the old hag tht works behind the counter I see why you work at a 7 eleven lol. How do u run out of big gulp cups it's one of the main items people come in to buy especially with summer wow and rude forgive me for expecting you to do your job I'll nvr be back to this location stay away if u expect items to be here and normal customer service skills lol.

Been coming here since the beginning of COVID-19 and always loved the staff and felt safe. Apparently the night crew flaunts the rules and does not wear masks. They also don't ask anyone to wear a mask and just stay silent. This made me feel unsafe and I probably will NOT be returning to this location.

What are the store's hours it's Christmas day are you open otherwise it's a great place and they are busy a lot but they do get the line moving quick in and out nice people helpful I I like that 7-Eleven
