at 7-Eleven I said "can I have chicken taco" but when I have it is actually chicken steak not chicken taco.

I work with people with disabilities. Today we went to the .99 store on Tustin then walked down the street to 7-11. One of the people I assist is in a wheelchair. She had purchased a bag and a few things at our first stop it was hanging on the back of her chair. When we walked out of 7-11 the clerk accused her of stealing ( the things in the bag)?!!! First of all she had a clear bag with a frozen Banquet meal, a highlighter and sweet bread in it.......most of which they don't even have in their store. I showed him the receipt and made sure to point out each item individually!! This never should have happened ? totally unacceptable and unnecessary !! Needless to say we will not be back?

Stopped by to buy a snack and the employees were just following me around, one of them literally next to me the whole time making my shopping very uncomfortable and being very rude thinking I was going to steal or something. I got my snacks ready to pay and they made me wait as they were talking for a long time. They were very rude and tried to double charged me for stuff. I confronted him about why he was overcharging me and he made it seem like he didn't do anything and restarted the transaction like 5 times. Worst 7-11 experience, never coming back, do not recommend.

Horrible guy working at night came in for a 6 pack of beer and the guy assume I was an addict after a long day of work and refuse to sell so instead I asked for scratchers and yet he refuse to sell for addiction of gambling

Came in to buy a couple things . Came outside as my dog was waiting , my girlfriend goes back inside and tried to use the restroom when Hooshang said it is only available for customers . Mind you we had JUST MADE a purchase . My girlfriend then buys a big hot dog and all the sudden its "out of service " . I realize my girlfriend gets no condiments(, they don't have any ) and another seven eleven employees goes inside to use the restroom . (Someone had also walked out of it prior to our transaction ) . I don't understand why we would be refused the bathroom but none the less won't be buying anymore from this location

I was at the store yesterday there is a lady her name is Leonor she is absolutely rude and impolite , she doesn't pay attention to her job i was waiting for so long to Check out but she was on her phone when i complained she yelled at me she is rude and impolite which is really bad for the 7/eleven brand i am really sorry for the store because she is representing them ! I am not gonna go back there

Leonor is a cold dry individual who could definitely work on customer service skills . This will be my third encounter of pure rudeness. Everyone else is great! Please teach her to be thoughtful an kind to woman not just to the male customers

Terrible customer service. I was pumping gas when an employee approached me. She was rude and said "that's not your gas". Apparently, someone pre paid for gas and they put it on the wrong pump. I had to walk inside to pay for their mistake. People make mistakes, I get it but I was treated with disrespect as if I did something wrong. I wasn't even given an apology. I should've just drove away and let the business owner figure it out.

Got there just as it hit 1am(closing time) and the attendant was cleaning the store. And even though they're was a sign posted, and everything, he still allowed me to get my sandwich. Honestly I hold people like this in the highest regard. He could've easily said sorry we're closed, but he was legit/polite, and went above and beyond by helping me out. Even though he didn't have to. I didn't catch his name but, my man, Thank you so much!!!
