I've been coming to this 711 for years. Everything was great until Jr left a few months ago and this new guy started working here. He is HORRIBLE and RUDE AF. He treats customers with so much disrespect when nobody has done anything to him to cause this behavior from him. This morning, as I got in line to check out there was an older man and his grandson that came in. The man was much older, maybe in his 70s and was trying to pick some scratchers. The clerk was SOOO RUDE to him, tried to rush him and even cut him off when the man was still trying to decide. The clerk snatched the money out of the mans hand and literally dismissed him! IN FRONT OF THE GRANDSON! Idk about ya'll but I'm old school old school and theres no way in hell that is acceptable. I waited until the man and kid left and i called out the clerk. The clerk was in disbelief and tried to justify his behavior. ABSOLUTELY NOT! AND to top it off, he shorted me on my cash back after my transaction. This needs to stop. I would strongly advise to avoid this location as much as possible.

My son went in ahead of me and said "Excuse me, does this store exchange these for a free slurpee?" To which the guy snapped at him a harsh no before rolling his eyes. At the register he was still rude as we purchased some juices he was huffing and sighing really loud all the while never saying a word. As he totaled it up didn't say nothing just pointed to the machine. So we paid and asked his name: Kans. Regarding my son's question: My son says the school gave him a bracelet and he was told he could exchange it for a slurpee.

I remember 7-11 since I was a kid in Orange County back in the 1960s. Sorry to see that the founder passed away recently (in his 90s), but he left a tremendous legacy.Today, I see 7-11 corporate and franchise stores constantly evolving their merchandise, much more than in the past. But again, technology and the 'information age' paved this evolution (along with Sam Walton, Walmart founder). One 'critical' remark to make regards franchise stores. There is a consistent issue of cleanliness both inside and outside.(1) Coffee Bars, Soda Bars, and self-serve food prep areas MUST be wiped-down constantly, morning - day - night.(2) Outside areas must be scrubbed, daily (or nightly). Some 7-11 locations look, well, "third-world," and they smell that way too.But overall, I look forward to stopping into a 7-11 location at least three times a week. Yes, Starbucks is nice, but they do not carry the 'selection' of a 7-11.

It depends on who’s working and the time of day you go. Won’t go during 2nd shift because there’s always half a dozen tweakers sitting outside, just loitering

I went in to check the kids today to go to slurpees as we do sometimes twice a day as we live directly across the street a few hours later, I realize that my wallet was missing and this has been the only place I've gone all day search the house to no avail, and the sidewalk back over. This is happened once before in my wallet got left at the register when I see him in Francisco was there and he gave it back to me, because of course he knows me tonight when I went back over there the new German was working I asked him if you look and he refused to even look to see if my wallet was there

Today I had the pleasure of doing business with the young gentleman by the name of Francisco very cordial very professional in matter of fact all the 7-Elevens need workers like him there ain't too many 7-Elevens that I recommend if you read my reviews you know I've had my fair share of bad situations with 7-Eleven workers that are very unprofessional dirty and disrespectful for example the 7-Eleven on 17th and flower that's a hinky location but I do recommend this location thanks to Francisco's professionalism most likely I'm going to keep coming here whenever I'm in the area and I suggest you guys come when he's here so you guys get to experience good workmanship I wish we had more workers like him at the other locations unfortunately that's not the case what you get on the other locations is nasty attitudes and we as customers don't deserve that
