This is one of the cleanest 7Elevens I have been to. The store is very well organized, it's always easy to find what you need. Really good customer service and the owner is kinda cute too hahaha

Place sucks and needs to be investigated by the corporation. If they even care anymore. Why is it that 7-Elevens across the world are so much better than their origin country? Japan has amazing 7-Elevens for example. These idiots never have hot food, they're always a-holes working, there are always crackheads hanging around, they are coughing or sick at the counter, hiding in the back. Small selection on top of it. I always hate coming to this one and I generally find going into 7-11 fun

Typical 7-Eleven, nothing special. Cashier was really nice, though -- he offered to pay out-of-pocket for a customer since the card reader was down and they didn't have cash, based on them returning the following day to pay him back. Offered me my coffee for free, too, since it wasn't fresh. Inside was decently clean.

To whom it may concern @ 711 on Batavia/ Chapman. There is a Gentleman named Christian, that has the most polite customer service and every time I've been there late at night this worker is always keeping your 711 top notch clean .it makes me smile to see someone who takes pride in his job.Thank you again Christian for your 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ customer service

I will never come back to this 7-11. I have never had an issue with any of the other clerks here. Your clerk today Karan was not welcoming and rude. I could not hear him so I said excuse me twice which seem to irritate him and he just mumbled, stared down and said or did nothing. I just left, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst 7-11 ever. Nothings ever refilled and the customer service is garbage. Rudest employees you’ll ever encounter. Probably racist. I’m certain one the employees threw a hot pocket at my car while I was inside. Caught a glimpse of some dude eating one while they were leaving and I’m certain it was the employee. I’m never coming back to this area.

Of all the 7 11s in the world and any other convenience center... this one is the absolute worst. Do not go here. If God has a heart he would drop the biggest asteroid right on this place and the home of the old dude who more then likely owns this place. Dudes a tool. Rude old piece of trash. Customer service clearly isn't a thing here. But if you like old fat grumpy "hills have eyes looking" folk then stop in here.

7-eleven is cheaper on a lot of stuff including tabacco products and most definitely on their fountain drinks.
