Worst customer service experience! This location has no air conditioning, oldest devices. Some rude workers!
I ve had 24 membership for years and today i got a very bad behavior from one of the people who work there! As loyal customer I dont appreciate this kind of rude behavior!

Stay clear of this gym. The conditions of cleanliness are non existent. The bathrooms are atrocious with mold, scum, and holes in the walls behind the urnils. The equipment is dirty and needs to be cleaned with lysol. Beware you might be bringing some viruses home to your family after a visit to this gym.

Staff is friendly, weights are all there only downfall is the dry sauna is nasty. They need to clean it the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months

I have never been to a 24 Hour Fitness with this putrid of a sauna, it absolutely reeks. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks.

Relatively clean at the workout stations. A few down treadmill but enough to go around. Mens restroom needs serious upgrade. 2 standing stall down. I don't care much for restroom as I rarely use them.

Debated 3 or 4 stars, but had to drop it to 3. The gym itself is perfectly fine, plenty of equipment in working order, hasn't been busy at the times I care about.But the men's shower room is abysmal. I think only 2 showers work (1.5 really because one of them is at half pressure). The drains suck, and there's ALWAYS shaved hair and other bits unidentifiable debris on the floor and stuck to the walls.I suppose the one accessible shower also works (haven't tested it, but I guess people who need an accessible shower don't deserve a door or curtain.

I have been coming to this gym for over 20 years, since I was in high school, I never gets old, only the people I have seen for years. This gym is a regular, it does have showers, lockers, and has two saunas, one for the girls and other for the boys,. Even though the machines need some fixing, you can still manage to work out. Mornings I got a tell y'all it's more for elders, and afternoons all the high school kids, but nights that's when I come in. Have a great one hope this review helps . See yaa

About as nice as most 24 hour fitness locations. Super friendly staff.Are you guys EVER going to fix the drinking fountain or stair machines? For months and months you leave a sign up thanking customers for their patience and expecting us to not mind that a gym we pay to use doesn't bother to replace their broken water fountain. Half the stair machines are broken and have been for a long time.Would be 4 stars if maintaining a nice gym for paying customers ever becomes a priority.

This 24 should change there hours to 3 or 4am opening and at least 11pm or midnight closing. It's a small gym so EVERYTHING get taken. At least give the people more hours of operation. It might actually be helpful.
