The gym itself is great, but the staff falls short. There's a guy named Marco at the front desk who frequently makes me repeat my questions, only to pass me off to someone else. If he doesn’t know the answers, why not have the more knowledgeable staff member assist from the start?
The person he refers me to is even worse—he can’t even look me in the eye and responds with an exhausted, bored tone like he’s over his job. He’s always rushing to get rid of customers and acts like he has better things to do. You would think he owns California with that attitude. Humble yourself if you're reading this!
Once, I scanned in but stepped out right away for just 2 minutes to grab something I forgot. When I returned, Marco wouldn’t let me in without scanning my pass again. He said it was part of his job, but if he was doing his job properly, he would have noticed when I first entered instead of being on his phone.
Another time, my cousin visited, and I got him a free 3-day pass. The email mentioned needing a photo ID, but didn’t specify that it had to be from an OC resident. As a result, my cousin was turned away.
The staff is damaging the 24 Hour Fitness name. I like this gym because it's close to home, but I honestly consider going somewhere else because the staff ruins my mood every time I visit. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars.

I love the 24 hour fitness on Orangewood. It is the cleanest facility that I’ve been in all around in every area. It’s not perfect but it’s an excellent shape. The staff is excellent everybody at the front desk is very polite and helpful. They know you because they remember you every day you come in so even if your phone doesn’t work with their check-in or your finger doesn’t work and it’s still they know you and they just wave you on and cause they know who you are I love it. I love 24 hour fitness Orangewood. The machines are in great shape the gentleman that services them gets them fixed quickly The pool in the Jacuzzi hot room and sauna are always clean. They’ve always got somebody on trash detail. I really enjoy being at the 24 hour fitness in Orangewood.

These reviews are false I created my recent account ask about the deals and promotion online and location that was no help ,SMALL Gym not enough equipment, no machine weights Which would be helpful especially for beginners, there no sanitation equipment everywhere,there trying all locations in southern California there better 24hr location

one of the best decisions I made this year was signing up for PT with celeste at 24. not only is she helping me reach my physical goals, but my mental health has never been better. as a PT, she instills that confidence & motivation into you, something I desperately needed!!

I came to this gym for the first time. I just moved to the area. That can only tell you thing that I’m skeptical since i don’t know anyone at this gym. I feel it’s more comfortable when you’re use to the environment.
Well as soon as I walked in Marcos greeted me nicely. I informed him that I wasn’t aware of where I should go. He kindly walked me to the area where the staff sat and guided me through a door leading into the pool/ restroom
On him instructing me on where to go. Brianna the MANAGER starts yelling while sitting with a customer. “Marcos return to your post” Marcos told her he was just walking me over so I know where I should go. The walking distance from his post to the door is less than 5 feet away. There was absolutely no reason for her to be yelling. We both looked at each other like is she serious? He continued to tell me where the equipment was and continued to guide me to the door. When yet again she starts yelling WHILE SITTING WITH A CUSTOMER! She said “Marcos I said return to you place you’re not supposed to walk her over” mind you there is nobody at the front door checking in so it’s not like he had other guest to attend. Seemed almost like a power trip in my eyes. I literally responded “ I’m new here he’s just showing me where to go” she completely turned her head and acted like I wasn’t talking at that point. This lady has no manners and proceeded to just embarrass herself and her staff like this. She made me feel so uncomfortable I haven’t returned I’d rather drive 15 min to my old gym because that was so uncalled for. I hope corporate sees this because that is unacceptable behavior. Two stars just cause Marcos was a nice person. Thanks Marcos!

Have been w/ 24 hour for 3+ years and I had to cancel since I am moving.
Was given a “3-5 business day” time period for the manager to even “approve” the request and then the cancellation would start. Had to go to another location in which they were able to cancel it then and there, no need for a manager.
Let go of these antiquated business practices, there is nothing for the system to “process” or anything for upper management to “review”. Other location flipped the screen and showed me the simple process. Transparency and honesty is always appreciated it.

Hello , i,have a complaint, becouse , for my mistake , i,m arrived the 24hrs Gym in organewood, in Orange, around 9.05pm,but i forget is close on 9pm today friday, but when i,m get close to the door ,the personal of frond desk is close the door , and i,m ask especialy the short guy i,m don,t know the name , this guy he ingnored me ,( Not the good actitud for customer service ) ( the guy is arrogant ) i,m ask the jirl what is the name not body answer me , and i,m very bad ,i,m felt ignored. If you can help me and talk to your personal me and all the customer is very important becouse we espect is a good service. I have a litle time go the gym and i,m never have a experience same like this. For me is a good Gym everything is good but the customer service is very importat. Thank you

There's nothing useful there other than they close early, I don't know what it's called 24 and the bathrooms stink and they don't clean and they don't fix things quickly things take a while to repair there

so the equipment is outdated but that's not a problem, still works as a gym but the Hours? man you guys need to go back to 24 or at least 18 hours, this gym was perfect for me, just a block away from my office, I'll do my workout early in the morning and feel rejuvenated the hold day, C'mon bring back those hours

Best 24 hour fitness in Oc! By far the cleanest! Machines are always working and maintenance is always fixing anything not working. The management and team here really care about a clean environment for us!
