I had a couple questions about my account and I was greeted by William. He was very helpful and was able to answer my questions almost immediately. I will definitely be coming back for any future services.

I don't think much of every Cricket store I have visited except this one. Employee William knows his stuff. He solved my phone's problems when nobody else did. I've not encountered lines and long wait periods, a big plus.

Rosa was super helpful with completing an online application that I have been trying to do for a couple months now. She was fast and super nice. Way to go Rosa :)
