Sales guys were stand up, lots of options on the floor, didn’t get upsold. Got out of there with a good safe for a fair price. Install guys were awesome and were super efficient. I hope I don’t need another safe soon but if I do I will for sure be back to WCS

Follow up: the safe has been fantastic. The only issue I have encountered was the delivery. The actual delivery process was fine, however, the safe was to be mounted to the floor. I assumed it would be placed on hockey pucks as was done in the past. Instead it was placed on wooden blocks and the lag screws were short. I was told they would return and complete the installation. It’s now been more than 6 months. I guess I’ll have to pay someone else to properly mount it to the floor.
Addendum:
WCS reached out to me regarding my issue stated above and has now remediated the situation to my complete satisfaction. Would I deal with them again? Absolutely! They are a first rate company. Thanks Anthony

If you are in the market for a safe I’d highly recommend visiting West Coast Safes. A great place to shop. Plenty of safes to choose from. From entry level to high end. The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Delivery and installation was timely, discrete and efficient. The guys were again friendly and professional. They make sure you are completely satisfied with their service before leaving. They also cleaned up everything and hauled away pallet and box.
Go check them out. You’ll be glad you did!

West Coast Safes provides excellent service. I highly recommended visiting their store. They have a nice showroom and friendly dogs. They helped me find a safe that fit my budget and needs. They installed my safe in a timely manner. They offer good advice and are very experienced in safes.

The guys came in protected the floor and were very careful of the walls, got it into place pushing and sliding around 4 tight corners and got it moved into the area it was going without any problems

Showroom experience: Very clean with a lot of stock / examples to look at and make a determination of size and accessories to get. The model I initially almost ordered online would have assuredly been too small but being able to get eyes-on was invaluable. Employee Heather helped me with the many questions I had and all I can say is very helpful, knowledgable and better than all of that was the no "high pressure" feel of someone trying to push a purchase on me. I didn't buy right out of the gate but thought about it and called Heather and pulled the trigger on it, we executed the details over the phone and I emailed her a couple times with some questions which she promptly answered.
Delivery: I was told they would be here between 11-2....they arrived at 1050....punctual. The two guys that unloaded and bolted the safe communicated very well together and these dudes had their stuff together....it was very obvious these guys were quick, efficient and by always voicing movements showed they were keeping each other safe. For management, please acknowledge these folks, I couldn't be happier with the experience of all personnel I dealt with and the delivery.
The safe: Liberty Lincoln 50 - love it, interior / exterior great fit finish. Initially it had a digital keypad and they changed it out for me to a dial (for my own reasons) and it works exactly as it should and the delivery guy made sure I understood all the functions of the locking device before departing.
I will indeed refer people to this business.

This will be my place to move my safe. They are very professional and definitely know what they are doing. The prices are great . I have had the safe moved before and I can say the gentlemen that arrived knew exactly what was needed while customizing the base to accommodate my size of unit.

Upon walking into showroom, Anthony was extremely helpful and a wealth of knowledge on safes. Ordered a Amsec BFX and got a Great price..Anthony beat others prices.
A month later, I wanted to upgrade to a Amsec BF2, and Casey pulled strings and made it happen..
Delivery was excellent. Received a 30 minute ETA call. Installers did a great job (No casualties). They instructed me on operations of the safe throughly.
Very highly recommend Westcoast safes.

The staff at West Coast Safes were very helpful and friendly. They listened to my needs and worked to find me what I needed within my budget. The delivery was right on time. The ones who delivered the safe were courteous and made sure that the safe was placed exactly the way I wanted it.
