I have been with this company for more than five years; they’re always there for me whenever I have problem with my POS system and if theres some issue the guys in the office can’t fix it , then Jeff (the owner) will call take care of it even if its in the weekend.

Nice place for handicapped, since there is a paved path around the pond. Our dog ejoyed it too. (doggie p*** bag station at entrance)

Made the mistake of allowing a staff member to move a new desk into my office yesterday - cut a long story short, he pulled out cables and turned off equipment critical to our sales system. Called WCBE and explained situation especially as we open for trade today at 5 am - after a very quick remote check on the computer they arrived at my location armed with every possible piece of equipment that 'might' need to be replaced. After renewing my service and ensuring that all systems were up and working well, they waited to check that I locked up and was walked to my car!!! It was 10.30pm by now That's not only great service but chivalry too, what more can you ask for ? Thanks Geof and Barry !

I have been a customer with Geoff at West Coast Business Equipment for over 20 years. He recently upgraded my business from the "cash registers" to a very efficient POS system and we couldn't be happier! Everyone in the office is helpful and pleasant. And when I need help from Geoff, no matter when he gets us up and running again. Dyan, owner Lake Mathews General Store.
