On Friday, November 3rd, 2023, I arrived at the Wells Fargo branch in Ontario ca around 2:30 PM. If I could rate my experience on a scale of -100, I would. The management here appears to be lacking knowledge, as every question I asked the teller received vague responses such as "I don't know" or "I'm not sure." It's frustrating to wonder if they were properly trained.When I inquired about the duration for depositing the check and accessing my funds, her response was similarly unhelpful, stating she didn't know. This was baffling to me, as I've never encountered issues when cashing my checks before, and I simply wanted to understand the process. Even after my inquiries, she proceeded to deposit the check without addressing my concerns.Furthermore, her attitude took a turn for the worse when the transfer occurred, and she made a rude comment about the availability of my funds. This entire experience has left me incredibly dissatisfied, to the point where I'm considering closing my Wells Fargo account and solely using my credit union.I strongly believe that the management at this branch needs to rectify this situation and improve the service quality. This has been my worst banking experience, with no assistance provided whatsoever. The teller's unhelpful and unprofessional demeanor was reminiscent of a robot, and her inappropriate comments were unnecessary.

Who ever manages this branch on Grove in Ontario should be FIRED! This branch has been poorly managed and wayyyy under staffed for years! WHAT THE HELL? Do wells fargo middle management not see all of the horrible reviews? The line is always 30 plus minutes long. They almost never have more than two tellers, nut always have several other people just sitting on their ass. Complete indifference for there customers. PLEASE get new people in there who are actual professionals. Don't go there unless you don't care about wasting your time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Place is horribly ran. New account people are just not well trained. I worked in the industry for over 29 yrs. And they are horrible at what they do

Slow, unaccommodating, a few banker women have been rude, not the best experience at this particular branch.

I'm really disappointed in the branch it's really inconvenient that every time I come here something is always wrong with the atm machine. Whether it be out of order or it doesn't have any money. It's really hard to keep wanting to come to this branch to do my business here.

This location is super slow. Never has the correct amount of tellers to service the customers without waiting in line for 20 minutes. I do not recommend this location for your banking needs.

The company I work for does business with this bank. This branch used to have a good amount of employees working here, as well as a business line. Nowadays, there's only 2-3 tellers at best, the business line is gone and the line is ridiculous. If my job can switch banks, I'd be so much happier.

Long lines. One teller today. Manager sits at desk not bothering to look up so as not to see line. I realize there is a labor shortage but do better Wells Fargo on Grove in Ontario. The tellers that do help are excellent.

Crazy long lines with one or two tellers only. The service is really slow and there's no one helping answer questions. I waited 30 minutes in line to be told I need to be added to a wire waitlist and wait over another hour. Really frustrating. The tellers are very friendly, that's the only bright spot.

Been waiting here for 2 hours for banker/desk service. Including 1 other account holder who has been waiting over 3 hours now. In the total of 2 hours waiting they've only seen 2 customers and gone on a few breaks then forgot about us until I stood up and looked around realizing the bankers have been gone for unknown amount of time then stared down a teller who happened to be a supervisor who asked if I needed some assistance and had no idea there's customers who has been waiting 2-3+hours for a banker. She then explained there are No bankers at the desk for any assistance due to the 1 banker who is on break. Customers are waiting in line out the door and around the corner outside the whole time I've been here. My other account with Ch@$3 would take 15-30 minutes for banker service any day of the week. This is worst than waiting for a Drs appointment where they double booked for the day.

The bank is a great location because it's right off the freeway but there is a banker there Lorena Delgado who is extremely unhappy all the time and gets frustrated and rude to all the customers. Every time I've come in here she has given me a hard time about anything and everything from me coming in the wrong door all the way to where I lined up inside the doorway because it was pouring rain to even me not having my deposit slip filled out all the way before I got to the window. Every time it's something and when she addresses you she literally talks to you like you're stupid. I dread coming into the bank because of her.

I made an appointment to open a business account. With Adrian one of the bankers, after waiting for him over 30 minutes , he wasn't even on the bank when I arrived,I decided to leave and choose another bank, the lock of respect for people's time,is really making me think I should bank somewhere else.
