I love Wells Fargo, I went in to see a banker at this location and seen 4 bankers all free with no one in the lobby or lounge waiting. I was told I would get a call back within 1-2 business days because a banker wasn’t available. Crazy.. still have an overall fantastic experience with my banking experience but first and last time at this location

Horrible wait time, lied to on the phone. no one can "verify" anything. tellers are ignorant and always have wrong information. told to call, then i call and am told to come in, then i come in and am told to call. it never stops. dont do business with these people. garbage waste of my time.

Illeana helped me out, I don't have a Wells Fargo account I was there to cash a check and she was amazing! Very talkative and very positive. I am definitely considering coming back to open an account. I loved her personality she was great!

I have been in line for over 45 minutes and I’m still not halfway to the window. Wow is this normal? Here I am trying to save time, coming here on my lunch break, instead I will be late getting back to work therefore having to stay later to make up the time. Ridiculous.

Today, I went in and opened a new account with Banker Mary Fahim. She was so helpful and polite. She answered all my questions and explained step by step to make sure I was happy with my new account. Thank you mary.

I've been standing in line for 15 minutes and the line has not moved. 12 people have been waiting in line and only two tellers are working but other employees are walking in and out not assisting customers. Two people have left the building to use the outside ATMs. I would never bank with Wells Fargo, especially after the scandal. I am not taking photos of out of respect for the customers here. My bank would not take a Wells Fargo check, so I happen to come across this Wells Fargo on my way to go shopping. That's the only reason I'm in this building. I would never recommend Wells Fargo to anyone.

Plenty of parking available. Love using the ATMs which is very convenient as a customer.

Very bad experience at this Wells Fargo I was stuck in traffic 10 minutes late for my appointment I apologized but they refused to help me even if only they were free I don't think I will ever use any of Wells Fargo again

Oliver Jimenez is absolutely amazing. He's the branch manager and he really went to bat in helping get a hold removed off of a large check we had deposited. He really saved our lives. He was extremely professional and really went above and beyond his normal business duties.

They're never open. Veterans Day on a Friday, so many people probably needed checks cashed and sure enough this place was closed at 430 already

Had a really bad experience with a banker name Diane , she was rude and had bad customer service , I have always been to this bank but after this situation I doubt it she’s a type of person that I just rather change location or banks .
