This bank is big, they have 8 teller stations. 1pm on a Friday and 3 tellers are open. If management is in charge of setting schedules then they are horrible at it. I was the 17th person in line. I just saw the manager say I'm going to lunch and now there are 14 people behind me and 3 tellers and it's always like this. Kids screaming no workers sitting at any desks and the tellers look stressed. It never fails it's always like this. Just counted 39 customers total... WAITING! They should be ashamed

Super slow, always 2 or 3 windows open on busy days with over 30 people waiting even though there's always 6 workers just walking around and they love to take breaks right when they're the busiest and about to close 0 out of 5

This is one of the busiest location servicing a lot of people in Ontario and on any given day the line is wrapped around the stanchions. You would think the management team would see that and by their transactions counts this location needs more than 2 people on counter. It's frustrating seeing elderly people in line. Why the managers don't get on counter is beyond me. I would not let my team drown in the sea of lines. There is no good time to go, just avoid this location completely and if you do go, bring your patience.

Standing in line for 30min. This facility is huge and only 2 tellers working. 4 supervisor and long ridiculous line. For what this company makes with our money what is their staffing issue. Customer service with wells fargo is horrible.

Echoing others' past reviews. If you want to spend almost an hour in line waiting the the literal ONE teller then this is the place for you. Despite repeatedly being asked if there is anyone else to help the line of at least 30 people it's a constant "we'll be with you shortly". Which never happened because let's be honest, Wells Fargo customer service is a joke. So come prepared to waste your time in an endless line if you decide to visit this location.

On Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, I was held hostage at this bank. Not by a bank robber, but by incompetent bank tellers and managers. I went in at 11:30am, the bank closed at 12 noon and the manager thought her time was best served as the door monitor, letting people out of the bank. The problem was, there were literally 60 people in line. My wife had to come and pick up my daughters because my daughter was denied bathroom access by the extremely helpful door monitor. I was expecting a 15-20 minute banking experience, what I got was an hour and a half wait before I was able to handle my business and walk out of the door and there were still 17 people BEHIND me. I didn't get out of there til 1pm. Avoid this place, worst customer service experience I've ever had and by far my worst banking experience

Go here if you're looking for WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE. No matter you make an appointment, or call beforehand. They will always have a way to waste your time and upset you. The worst is the branch manager. You'll expect him to help but he's the driving force for the bad experience. Employees here aren't human-like. They have a standard answer - Do it Yourself on the App or give your personal phone to them to click buttons on the app. I believe they know nothing about banking and do not have human answers to any question you might ask.

This is the worst possible Wells Fargo that a person can go to. I stopped coming here in July 2022, because the lines are ridiculously out the door and they are ALWAYS very short staffed. Flash forward to today, December 28, 2022. I Decided to give this location another chance. So I go in at 1:15 PM, and they tell me that they don’t have any tellers at the moment. They actually told me I had to come back in an hour because the only teller (scheduled at this office FOR THE DAY) went on lunch. This is ridiculous, it’s unprofessional, and I very highly recommend to anybody who banks with Wells Fargo: NOT COME HERE!!!Response to ALEX: why would I give you any more information than I’ve already given you? I gave you the day I was there; that should be enough for you to verify what I’m telling you is the truth. Pull up your cameras, I know all banks record. What is it that you can do for me exactly? Because what I needed, I wasn’t helped with yesterday. I’m sorry, but that is the truth. And THIS REVIEW should be enough for you to see that you need GOOD MANAGERS, a FULLY STAFFED establishment, and decent customer service, which you don’t seem to have at this particular location. I wouldn’t waste my time sending you guys an email, as you clearly cannot manage your tellers & branches efficiently. Please read all your reviews as your company is trash and almost every review echoes my sentiments.

This has to be by far the worse Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to. The New Account are has some people that are worth zero. There is an older lady there. She sat there gossiping with another old lady and said she couldn't help because she has appointments. The bank was empty. This lady kept screaming that she had appointments and it was impossible for her to help. Maybe you changed your service motto but in sure it's not this.

Went to this branch due to having issues with a deposit and the lady at the window didn't even check my account, she just said she couldn't help me and when I asked to talk to a manager she just said the manager wasn't in, then called customer service number and he couldn't help either so WHY IS IT CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR? wells fargo it's the worse bank ever
