“This is GoodWill's Ontario Warehouse and Corporate Office. I visit this location several times a year to pick up products that are housed in the warehouse. When you visit this location, your first interaction is with their security Guard. I have always found the security guards very friendly and helpful. The second person you interact with at this location is the warehouse person who pulls your products and brings them to you on a cart or carts. This location has only two Visitor parking spots but in all the years I have been coming to pick up product at this location, there has always been at least one of the two visitor parking spots open. Other than sitting in a lounge waiting for your products to get pulled, you never see anything else, since the warehouse is off limits.”

“Very professional and nice 9 am appt checked in at 0702 out at 0725. They do not have over night parking but at the corner a half a mile is a burger place that has a lot of parking. Great place to pick up.”

“The only bad thing about this place is if u make a delivery u need to back in off the street not alot of room to turn around in the lot but other then that the people in there are really nice and easy to get along with”

“Got there early and got a door right after checking in. About 1 1/2 hours to load. Lots of space. Make sure you walk up to the guard shack when you get the green light to grab your seal and bills. They’ll check the seal on the way out. Would definitely come back.”

“Friendly staff easy in & out. No complaints, here. 1500 appointment, 10:50 arrival, loaded and gone by 13:15. It's a heavy load, though. My paperwork shows 42, load is 44.5k.”

“Everyone is friendly and they load pretty fast. Beware if you are in a team truck that both drivers have to go to the office. Doesn't matter if one is sleeping, gotta wake up and go inside. Makes no sense and they obviously have no idea or any consideration for how hours of service work.”

“? first time here, driver entrance on Juniper. Press the button.Came to pick up. They open at 6am but let you in yard at 550. Walk up the stairs to check in window. We got a door assigned. Were loaded within the hour. They'll let you know when ready & you go back to pick up your paper and seal.”
“As an introvert and one who reeaaaaally hates traffic, parking, and dealing with massive amounts of people if it can be helped, this Costco Business Center is awesome. As another reviewer mentioned, this Costco is really more for restaurants and restaurant supply, but it also has all of the necessities you may need. Need water, sodas, energy drinks? This Costco has it. Meats, milks (including any nut ones), breads, frozen dinners, dog food, pantry stuff, etc.? This Costco has it. Meat slicer, coolers, heating components to keep food warm? This Costco has it. Bleach, wipes, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.? This Costco has it. Sincerely, it has your main necessities without the need to somehow add more to your cart because some fancy new thing caught your eye. People were coming in to really get what they need, and get out. I would recommend it for those who don't have much self-control at regular Costcos, lol. It's definitely not a huge parking lot, but we had no issues in finding parking, and when leaving. Right off of Haven, it has it's own nook, so that you can get back onto Haven very easily. Pricing seems to be akin to regular Costco on items that they have those monthly coupons for. Sometimes, there are other deals, too. No electronics or books or decorations. No gas station!Utilize your regular Costco card membership! No Business Costco membership needed!Definitely will be back.”
