Walmart is a 110% on the customers side!!! I am blown AWAY they really know how to handle customer complaints. Colter was very understanding. When he got in touch with me he jump in with both feet and FIXED THE PROBLEM. I am very impressed with Walmart and how they took my complaint and fixed it. Update your money service hours. You have it posted that you close at 6 and yet when I get there before 6pm you claim to close 5-10 mins before 6pm. People count on correct hours posted.

This review is specifically for the bakery and the cake I ordered from here. It was my first time ordering a custom cake from any Walmart, and it was lovely and beyond what I expected. Not only was it cute and well decorated, but it also tasted very good! I would definitely order another cake from here.

This review is mainly for the restrooms. It was so disappointing and disgusting. So much dried who knows what on the walls that you can tell they never clean it. The store in general is pretty much the same as all other stores. Pretty busy and didn't have any interactions with any employees.

Zero stars! Management sucks! How do you lock up alcohol and not have a key and when you do you just hand the bottle to the customer? What's the point of locking it up! What a shit hole place with crappy workers and even worse managers

3.5 stars. I finally went back here today. I may have gone back just once since my initial review back in 2018. I went on a regular Wednesday at 11 AM and it was still a little crowded, which I think every place is nowadays no matter what day or time you go anywhere. I mainly went to get some different brands of frozen foods that I'm sure aren't at my regular local Walmart, so I wasn't going to take a chance going there. Fortunately, they had everything I was looking for! Prices were high on some things...$40 for a good-sized pack of Charmin toilet tissue?! Yikes. Fortunately, there was just one person already at the register when I got in line. The cashier had no personality at all and you'd think I'd be used to it, but I still say if someone chooses to work with the public, to at least smile and say hello.

Unlike a lot of these reviews I like this wal mart above all in the area. I go in, get what I need and go home. I use it as my go to grocery store and my place to grab affordable home needs!

Walmart is a joke I can understand they're low prices but Customer Service is an all time. Low is employees don't care and nothing or anybody but themselves I don't appreciate having a job. All they do is talk to each other laugh play around I was waiting for paint from Lowe's 25 minutes yesterday it's ridiculous, it's a waste of time to check receipts. They don't even look at it the items they just pencil through it. I'm gonna do a test one day come in and load up a car with a fake receipt and see how much stuff I can get out of here direct them in this place. No definitely not when I come back. No hated it. Hate my experience at Walmart.

I will NEVER shop at a Wally World ever again. Worst customer service and they have the stupidest policies. Went to purchase a sweater that's on sale online for $8.99 original price is $19.99. It showed it was out of stock online so I couldn't purchase it. I went to the store to grab something else and found the sweater. I went to check out and they DON'T honor their online prices They told me in store it's normal price and that they don't price match with their website. WTF!?! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. What store doesn't honor their own store prices? Makes absolutely no sence to me. The manager was so rude about it too. I left all my items there and walked out. Get it together Walmart!

I seldom shop at Walmart, unless I am looking for something specific but no more. Customer service has hit a new low. I don't think the upper management cares anymore as long as they make a profit. Very sad. You guys have lost a customer for life. I would encourage my kids and my kids's kids to avoid shopping there at all costs. I will forever tell all my family, friends and acquaintances about this very unprofessional experience.

I recently went to go purchase an ankle brace before my game. I hit the buttons once and waited about 5 mins and no one came. Again I hit the button and waited 10 mins until i seen a worker and asked them if they could open it for me. She seemed very annoyed that i asked and proceeded to try to open it. She told me that her 'keys' didn't work so she was gonna get me someone to help me out. I wait again and still no one came so i hit the button. Another worker passed by and i asked him and he told me "let me get someone to help you out" he completely didn't get anyone and left somewhere else. I went around to look for someone and no one is coming. Until i heard another worker telling costumers that she is "shopping for other people" so she can't help us right now. 3 other guests needed help as well and NO ONE is gonna help them so seems like everyone is fucked. i've had this issue before and i went another place it get what i need. Their "call for assistance" button is bullshit because ain't no one coming to assist you.

I will never be returning to Walmart specifically this location ever again. i encountered the most incompetent disrespect unprofessional store associate at this location. after shopping with my family and leaving check out we proceeded to the exit, upon arrival I gave Lily my receipt. She not once checked my receipt but instead looked me up and down and glanced in my cart and said " Did you pay for that?! it looks like you missed that at check out since it's laying flat. Did you miss it?" all this was said with a snarky look and tone. I wish my first reaction was to inform her of the access to my receipt that she was still holding in her hand and verify, but I simply said "No it's paid for." i was taken so off guard! I have never in my life been accused of stealing mainly because I don't and would never cross my mind let alone for a two dollar face mask she was referring to. you made my entire family feel so uncomfortable it was my child who knew how wrong that was an took observation of your name. I will be taking my business and keeping it at target.

Walmart management needs to ensure employees do not get paid to shop! Employees are very territorial and act as if customers are a nuisance. They refuse to take toys out at the time of opening. Employees sort through die cast vehicles while on the clock.! Pick through all the popular ones and take them. Running a side business while on Walmart time. Very frustrating and discouraging. Employees even say oh yeah I put merchandise up but employees went through it already??
