5th time at the pharmacy, still don’t have my prescription. Literally the worst experience ever. Every time it’s a different answer different price. Also, they tell u whatever u want to hear on the phone but in person it’s a different story.

Fast , friendly and helpful staff. Picked up sons prescription and felt very welcomed by the pharmacist and techs. Will be back!!

When is the last time anyones cleaned this place? The mold, filth, and dust clumps on shelves and the countertops at registers clearly reflects the work ethic and culture here. I need stomach flu medicine and wanted help and advice. Workers look unapproachable, and so when I decided to try the pharmacy, oh my god. Screaming, yelling, shouting, throwing medicine around, loud banging from plastic crates, pharmicist is lecturing the workers and I can hear every word, technicians gossiping and bad mouthing patients or other workers, and I heard them talk about losing someones pills and they just blame each other instead of fixing it. And if you look closely the place is even dirtier than the store. I put everything back and taking my business elsewhere. My mom was a nurse so I understand healthcare is stressful. But I dont trust this place with anything, not even their basic shelf items. How can you trust people who are ok with a dirty store to handle your medicine and apparently lack basic human decency?

do not shop here on April 1 at 8pm I came in and I started hearing a bunch of a laughter they sounded like big hyenas and it was coming from the two workers the big Mexican lady and big white lady all they wanted to do is sit there and gossip they are the laziest they don't wanna work at all should be fired

I personally built a relationship with the Main lady Manger, I have Been with them for years_ Excellent service, the customer service, and understanding! I would recommend this services to anyone. The best part about it.... they will order what you need and communicate with your Dr to make sure everything is on track #Amen
Their kid friendly and can assure you the best quality of services ?

It seems that all Walgreens pharmacies work the same, they lack in customer service. Need to speak to a pharmacist and I just get put on hold without anyone letting me know. Been on hold for 12 minutes.

It was my first time using this pharmacy and I'm glad I did. Mara helped me and she was amazing and super friendly and the pharmacist was super knowledgeable and kind.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No effort to use a savings card when I kept telling them it could be used and even provided manufacturer phone number. They said they would reach out to see how they could run the card. They never called me back and I called and they just said “it doesn’t work” and hung up the phone! I switched pharmacies and they had no problem running my coupon code for my MEDICATION!!! worst pharmacy ever!!!!!!!!!

My rating is solely based on my two experiences with the Pharmacy Operations Manager, Gaby. I am uninsured and was ready to overpay for my prescriptions using a GoodRx coupon until Gaby stepped in not once, but on two separate occasions to lower my price. She dropped my bill by 60% using coupons she was able to find and apply for me, and save to my account. It cost her absolutely nothing to help, but saved me a nice chunk of money. After I realized how much her simple act of kindness helped me out, I cried on the way home. She had nothing to gain by helping me out, in fact I took up more of her time and she still stopped to help me out, unprompted. I realized when I got home I requested and my doctor authorized the wrong dosage refill for me; I went back to pick up my correct dosage and was prepared to pay the GoodRx price again, hoping desperately she was there, and she was and she helped me find a coupon with a lower price yet again. She went out of her way twice for me without knowing I was the same person -- she is the type of human who restores my faith in humanity.

Came to the pharmacy drive through after they called that my prescription was ready. I get there at 515pm. There are only 2 cars in front of me. Now it's 6 pm, and I'm next to the window, and none of the pharmacists acknowledge that I'm waiting. Then, 10 mins later, someone says that someone will be with me. Nothing fast or convenient about the process.

Pharmacy hours are 8am, but they never open at 8am! When they finally open the Pharm Tech " I'll be with you in a few" takes her another 10-15 mins to get her registers open. That's 20 mins of waiting on someone when you're suppose to be open and ready by 8am.
