Checked in recently and was really surprised at the Excellent Professional Poise of Team Member Juan who was in charge of the check out station! Juan greeted me immediately upon arrival at the front with warm and respectful Eye Contact while responsibly organizing the shelves to straighten up the Aesthetic charm of the Cave. Juan's open and approachable body language made me feel comfortable to ask him for assistance on where to locate the Manila Envelopes I was looking for. Juan directed me clearly and efficiently to where I needed to go and I was able to find different sizes of the Manila Envelopes I was looking for which I deeply appreciated. I also found a very fun and charming Designer Notebook for half off which was a terrific steal and some gorgeous Princess Jasmine Vibras Wine glasses too at a sweet and humble price which are perfect for hosting! I stocked up on some fun markers too and Juan made the checkout process exceptionally interesting and enjoyable by schooling me on the thrilling value of Japanese Domestic Market Automobiles and how to sensibly save up for a low maintenance vehicle while intelligently investing within our means. I don't frequent Walgreens often but Juan is an outstanding Role Model on how to set a positive and memorable experience for Eastvale Nomads by modeling an intentionally responsible Customer focused Work Ethic and being generously kind with his knowledge and expertise with his passions and interests! Thank you Juan for your Gourmet Hospitality and to the rest of the Walgreens Team for keeping the Cave so well stocked, clean, organized, and neatly labeled with all the fabulous deals going on!

Absolutely the worst drive -thru pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I sat in line for 30 minutes just waiting for someone to help me. They don’t care about their patients. There were 4 workers in there and they didn’t seem to take pride in their work or their patients, extremely upset.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Walgreens 2950 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 and I must say that their customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I had questions about my prescription, but the employees were dismissive and uninformative. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in a place meant to provide healthcare services. I hope they improve their customer service to create a more welcoming and helpful environment for their customers.

I cant rate them 0 stars if i could I WOULD!! Just bought a $100 giftcard, i open it up and its $25!!! And i cant activate it. So i call and the cashier just told me "Sorry there's nothing i can do!" So i ask for the manager and she says "No" HOW INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! So now i gotta wait til MONDAY (its friday) FOR A REFUND!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

THE WORST!!! Idiots work here! The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Don't go here! So rude & not helpful with the most basic info! If you call they hang up on you because they have no basic phone skills to answer questions!! MORONS! Go back to school or training if u don't know how to do your job!!!

Actually should a zero star. Brought my father here and he is a senior citizen. Got here 10 mins before appointment and place was empty and they ask to wait 25 more minutes and there are zero customers. I won't be coming back nor recommending. Bessie has an attitude and then after all that, they didn't bother to check if they had the shot and they were out. So left empty handed. Horrible place.

Pharmacy misleads their customers. They tell u that when u get refill for a 30 day supply of medicine the refill is available on the 29th day, however, not true because I can get my refill on 30 day supply of medicine only on the 30 th day. No leeway whatsoever. They will also tell u that for 30 day supply they count the day they give it to u as day 1 of the 30 days, again not true. It's ok I can pick up my medication on the 30 th day but I don't like that they mislead the public. Also, they shorted me 30 pills and I had to call them & go back for the pills. They didn't apologize pharmacist only said "these things happen ".From now on I will count medicine before leaving.

Bessie at the pharmacy is the BEST!!! She is so caring, kind, understanding, she's the best. She cares about her customers, making sure her customers are taking advantage of points and discounts. She's so cheerful. I love coming tot his one compared to rite aid. She's especially kind with the elderly making sure they're always getting quality customer service and any extra help. She seems busy yet always takes the time to ask me how my family is doing and how my day is going. She deserves a raise!

Hate leaving bad reviews. the manager, heavier set Latina lady, had me drive across city for a product.. after putting me on hold several times . Finally getting them to look they let me know they had the product, I drive across city.. she tells me it’s discontinue no longer in the store..Act as if they didn’t even care is more of the issue than the product she proceeded to keep continuing convo with a co worker..I hate to do it but I gotta do it on this oneHorrible job

I went to the pharmacy tonight to pick up medication for my sick family and I waited in line and the much older Hispanic short pharmacist technician, who is a woman has Poor customer service skills and needs to work on her work etiquette. You would think her working there for many years would present herself classier than what she presents herself as.

Call me a cranky middle-aged male, but...I made a pharmacy appointment using Walgreens' online app. Appointment time was 1:50 PM, and they said to be there 15 minutes early. I was. The pharmacy was closed. A store clerk said they would reopen at 2:00, so I decided to wait. Then, another staffer came by and said the pharmacy would be closed an additional 30 minutes for lunch. I asked why they would book appointments for times when they are going to be closed? She replied, "we don't pay any attention to appointment times anyway." Further, she said they had to move back lunch because they were busy with other customers. So, in the end, I get penalized. I asked, "why don't you tell the other customers that it's your lunchtime" and let THEM wait? I have an appointment. Bad management all the way around, and clear "I could not care less about your failed appointment" attitude. Shame on you Walgreens. And I am a shareholder too. I expect better. One star, only because Yelp would not accept Zero stars.

My mom (75) just called right now to ask for a simple status of a medication and the pharmacist there had attitude from the start. My mom gave her name and an explanation of what she was calling about and the pharmacist would not respond and just stayed silent on the phone. When my mom said “hello?” the lady with an attitude was like, “…Yes it’s ready.” “Ok I’m not sure if you had hung up. I will send my daughter to go get it, thank you!” And then silence again. Why the need for the attitude?? We usually love this pharmacy but all these new pharmacists are just…unfriendly.
