I recently had an unfortunate experience at Walgreens 2950 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA 91761 and I must say that their customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. I had questions about my prescription, but the employees were dismissive and uninformative. It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in a place meant to provide healthcare services. I hope they improve their customer service to create a more welcoming and helpful environment for their customers.

I cant rate them 0 stars if i could I WOULD!! Just bought a $100 giftcard, i open it up and its $25!!! And i cant activate it. So i call and the cashier just told me "Sorry there's nothing i can do!" So i ask for the manager and she says "No" HOW INCREDIBLY RUDE!!! So now i gotta wait til MONDAY (its friday) FOR A REFUND!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

THE WORST!!! Idiots work here! The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life! Don't go here! So rude & not helpful with the most basic info! If you call they hang up on you because they have no basic phone skills to answer questions!! MORONS! Go back to school or training if u don't know how to do your job!!!

Actually should a zero star. Brought my father here and he is a senior citizen. Got here 10 mins before appointment and place was empty and they ask to wait 25 more minutes and there are zero customers. I won't be coming back nor recommending. Bessie has an attitude and then after all that, they didn't bother to check if they had the shot and they were out. So left empty handed. Horrible place.

Pharmacy misleads their customers. They tell u that when u get refill for a 30 day supply of medicine the refill is available on the 29th day, however, not true because I can get my refill on 30 day supply of medicine only on the 30 th day. No leeway whatsoever. They will also tell u that for 30 day supply they count the day they give it to u as day 1 of the 30 days, again not true. It's ok I can pick up my medication on the 30 th day but I don't like that they mislead the public. Also, they shorted me 30 pills and I had to call them & go back for the pills. They didn't apologize pharmacist only said "these things happen ".From now on I will count medicine before leaving.

Bessie at the pharmacy is the BEST!!! She is so caring, kind, understanding, she's the best. She cares about her customers, making sure her customers are taking advantage of points and discounts. She's so cheerful. I love coming tot his one compared to rite aid. She's especially kind with the elderly making sure they're always getting quality customer service and any extra help. She seems busy yet always takes the time to ask me how my family is doing and how my day is going. She deserves a raise!

I went to have a free flue shot but to my surprise he asked me for my insurance information and because my card didn't have an additional information regarding pharmacy he stated he couldn't give me shot! this is false advertisement!!

I went to the pharmacy tonight to pick up medication for my sick family and I waited in line and the much older Hispanic short pharmacist technician, who is a woman has Poor customer service skills and needs to work on her work etiquette. You would think her working there for many years would present herself classier than what she presents herself as.

Call me a cranky middle-aged male, but...I made a pharmacy appointment using Walgreens' online app. Appointment time was 1:50 PM, and they said to be there 15 minutes early. I was. The pharmacy was closed. A store clerk said they would reopen at 2:00, so I decided to wait. Then, another staffer came by and said the pharmacy would be closed an additional 30 minutes for lunch. I asked why they would book appointments for times when they are going to be closed? She replied, "we don't pay any attention to appointment times anyway." Further, she said they had to move back lunch because they were busy with other customers. So, in the end, I get penalized. I asked, "why don't you tell the other customers that it's your lunchtime" and let THEM wait? I have an appointment. Bad management all the way around, and clear "I could not care less about your failed appointment" attitude. Shame on you Walgreens. And I am a shareholder too. I expect better. One star, only because Yelp would not accept Zero stars.

If I can put no star, I would do it...pharmacy is very bad service...my doctor prescribed 1 medicine good for 1 month use...pharmacy said that they ran out of stock and just gave me 2/3 of medicine, the 1/3 need back order...that is fine...I asked pharmacy got the back order and I can pick up the rest....what the pharmacy said to me...you can refill...I said why need refill I still have 1/3 back order...pharmacy said that my 2/3 enough for me in 20 days. Then I can refill after 20 days...what the hell...the pharmacy automatically reduce my medicine quantity....unacceptable...

Do NOT go here. I did my covid testing fri morning for Monday flight for hawaii and they said it should take 2-3 days for results. It's passed the 3 day mark and the lab still hasn't received the test. It's called aegis labs. It's terrible. No phone number to contact. Just email and they barely respond. I basically wasted my trip thinking that Walgreens and aegis labs would actually do it on time. Do not go here

I came here for my Covid-19 vaccine, then came the next day with my husband for his. The staff was nice, efficient and got the job done. You could tell that the pharmacy staff was over worked but both days BESSIE was awesome. Thank you Bessie and the rest of the staff.

I have been a customer at this location for 21 years. Especially, pharmacy employees were good. Recently, something changed. I see new pharmacist and they are very unfriendly.

I'm giving 1 star because Rite Aid is across the street and you should just go there. I watched a customer pull something from the shelf that had been broken and the customer asked if inventory could be checked for another, the eye roll Johanna the worker gave her was so MEAN!!! I was shocked . I hope she has a better day soon.
