I drove all the way from West Hollywood to Ontario because of stellar sales rep, Steven. Finding a new car is typically a torturous process rife with small talk and psychological warfare. In stark contrast to the norm, Steven operated with transparency, humor and respect. He negotiated a fair deal and communicated clearly throughout the process. The entire staff was welcoming and professional. I would recommend Ontario Volvo to anyone looking to lease or buy a new vehicle - it was definitely worth the trip!

My husband and I enjoyed our experience at Volvo. Worked with Michael Flaherty over the phone prior to going in. Once we arrived, he made sure we were happy and answered all of our questions. We were in a rush that day and Michael went out of his way to make sure he was speedy. He even went out of his way to drive the car to our house personally the following morning so we didn’t have to wait. When he showed up, the car arrived with a big red bow that put a big smile on my kids faces! He stayed and set up our garage door function and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Michael is receptive and quick to respond to inquires. I am so happy to be a proud Volvo owner and truly had an easy car buying experience. Thank you Michael! Volvo is lucky to have you working there.

I have been here several times in the last month ,Ivan is the best and he always took care of me everytime I went . Ivan went up and beyond his customer service experience and made sure I got my car taking care of and called the insurance company for me each and every time .
I really appreciate all that he has done for me the last month..

Great dealership and service center. Went in for regular service. I chose to work there while I waited. They gave me a quiet room to work out of. A sales person offered me water, coffee, and snacks. Very nice facility and nice people. Also recommend Volvo in general.

We purchased a 2023 XC90 T8 Recharge from Volvo Ontario. The buying process was relatively easy and our sales person, Mario, was easy to work with.
Fast forward to a couple issues with the vehicle itself. A squeak began in the 2nd row seat within several months; a metal chirp like a cricket. We don't live close to the dealer so I wasn't going to drive it in just for that. So, when the electric heater stopped working I added the squeak to the repair list. They confirmed the noise and applied grease to the seat latch area. Unfortunately, that did not resolve the annoying chirps as my cricket began chirping within two days. I actually have to pull the car over, get out, and slam the seat up and down to have it temporarily stop, or blast the music to drown out the noise.
Fast forward a couple more months and now both 2nd row seats are chirping while driving. The car was due for its oil change. So again, I'm telling the Volvo Ontario that this is still happening, now to two seats.
The service manager said this is a known issue and the only way to fix them is to replace the seat frames. I told them "great, sounds good" and left the car awaiting repairs. However, I have now been informed that they will not be replacing the seat frames as it is not considered a problem. My only option is to come back and pick up the car.
It is very disappointing that the only solution is to deal with a very noisy and distracting defect for iindefinite thousands of miles. For such a high end car, this is surely a major flaw and an unsatisfactory non-repair solution.
I will update the review if anything changes.
New update - We received a call from the service manager, Alex, who explained that Volvo is working with the seat manufacturer to engineer a new seat frame. But at this time, it is not available. In the meantime, they will insulate the seat bar that is rubbing and causing the noise. Alex explained that this is just a bandaid and should quiet the noise for a couple months. As of now, the only option is to wait for a new design for the seat frame.
My 5 stars is for Alex’s honesty. He acknowledged the problem, lack of a current solution, and willingness to keep working on the problem until there are new seat frames available.

We took our Volvo to Volvo Cars Ontario for scheduled service. They greeted us right away. They asked if we needed a loaner or wanted to wait which we chose. The lobby was spacious with snacks and drinks. I noticed they take pride in lowering their carbon print. Our car was washed and vacuumed. They ensured we were pleased with our service before leaving. We are very pleased and will continue to use Volvo Ontario Cars for our cars services.
