“I have reduced by one star because they are not reliable on custom medication availability. I was told our medication would be ready to pick up when my fur baby went in for his checkup. It was not. I do not live close to the office. I do not like that i have to make a extra trip to get his meds.”

“My Best Furry Friend suddenly got super sick and Died he was fine and then awful..I rushed him in and he had already passed away in my Suburban. I primary Vet Believes it was a Heart Attack.. The Staff at VCA rushed to my Vehicle and did everything they could.. They where Super Kind to Me and My Friend. It was Awful and my Heart is broken..But they Where professional Kind and did everything they could..
