Marissa made this my first positive experience with any cell phone provider. I was on a prepaid plan and have been for years due to the bad experiences I've had in the past with other companies. I have to have a phone for my job as a truck driver, but was recently looking for wifi service for my truck. Marissa took the time to find out what I was going to be using it for and instead of being pushy about other things I was not there for, she explained the different things that would accomplish my goals without costing me a lot. Once she took care of my needs she told me about a deal she had so I could get a new phone and a tablet. I've never had my own tablet that was brand new and I did need a new phone but didn't get one due to the cost of phones since I was a prepaid customer. I will just say that I'm no longer a prepaid customer and I now have wifi for my truck, a beautiful new tablet that is crystal clear with a large screen that I can see without glasses, and an awesome phone that is a new and updated version of my previous phone, and all of it without huge monthly payments. I'm so grateful to Marissa for making Christmas happen in March for me. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Marissa!

Melissa is super helpful and a cool person, we got to know her while activating a plan , management needs to do something about the restroom. Poor her gotta smell that shizz.. good experience. Lots of foot traffic

Came asked for help this girl right away started giving dirty looks and started talking with attitude for no reasone she kept making me repeat my questionlike she didnt hear it purposly ive been with verizone over 8 years with 6 lines leterely just becouse of her im moving from verizone!

Customers. Avoid the Asian lady with the aweful hair and clown makeup. Management - I asked if she had a particular phone. She said yes and immediately asked if I was verizon already and wanted to put my number in her tablet. I refused and asked about the phone again. I wasn't there for her to sell me anything but a phone. (Had I have bought the phone I'd have connected and renewed for yet another 2 years, but my account info is none of her business until "I" decide to renew or not.) Once she determined I wasn't a big commission for her, she opened a cabinet and suddenly the phone was broken and unsellable. She wouldn't even let me see it. She should never be in the front of a business with customers. WE are the source of her commissions and we have voices.

Bought a screen protector with Maritza P. (sales person) And didnt open the package til today as we are on a road trip and i dont see any screen protector!!!I paid $100 for both phone case and screen protector and its empty! Only has cotton swabs and cloth in it! No sign of the screen protector anywhere!!! Somebody contact me pls!
