Came in to trade in an iPhone as part of a promotion and received excellent customer service from Caesar Garcia. He was informed and informative, and went out of his way to make sure the process of wiping the phone and getting the full credit amount was as smooth as possible. Verizon is the worst! They keep sending the bills even I asked for stop the service for months. What they want just the money. They don’t understand what means no more service anymore! Go to other company they can offer better price than Verizon. The monthly payment alway higher than other company. Save your money!!

I was so desperate for their help. My phone had been disconnected by verizon and the only way to turn it back on, was to go to a verizon store and show ID to get my line turned back on. I just needed 5 min of their time. And i was able to explain that to one of the employees, But they were busy with 2 other customers, for over an hour. I was still on clock, I had to go back to work, but I couldn't go back without a working phone, in the same time, I couldn't be late for work. I set there for 1.5 hours, and got very late to my delivery, which in turn i had to wait 4 extra hours as a penalty, and neither one of them tried to help me , by just having the other customers wait for 5 min aside. Since their customers were taking way too long. I had to go back to work without a phone.

I would say that place is great only when the manager is there, he is very knowledgeable and friendly but the staff is very unprofessional

Been a customer for over 20 yrs. And just like that got horrible service. After waiting for over 30 mins. Someone walks in and the manager shakes his hand and starts helping him!! It wasn't busy so I'm sure he saw me waiting!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service! Seriously, I was telling him what terrible customer experience I had had and he got all indignant and was acting like I was talking about him when it was a different store in a different situation, so made a worse experience worse by making sure that I knew he didn’t want to help me!

This is my first time going into this store today with my partner. Jesse, the Verizon employee, had such a trash ass attitude as if he hates his job. Thanks to Jesse, I won't be going into any physical Verizon retail stores since Jesse seems to be a reflection of what Verizon hires at their retail stores. When my partner and I went inside, Jesse was helping us for the visit and we asked him a question around how to use the Verizon app but Jesse didn't know how to use the app at all. My partner had said "Oh I had assumed you would know since you work at Verizon" and Jesse's response to that was "It's not good to assume that I can help you". What the hell type of response is that to a customer? Like why would you say that? Why are you even working at a Verizon RETAIL store if you aren't going to help customers? Like bffr. Sounds like he's in the wrong field of work tbh and should consider resigning.

Joseph was very professional, I really appreciate his kindness and his work ethic. I felt l very appreciated being there all my questions were attended too left the store happily with my new iPhone 15.
