Alyssa is the best person to work with your problems. My 85 year old mother in law is hard of hearing and Alyss was respectful through a very difficult transfer order. Always smiling and looks you in your eyes when she speaks to you. I believe she did extra work to get our difficult orders completed. She returned my texts as quickly as possible. Never gave me the impression I was a bother. I hope she will be the manager there and stay in this store. I like seeing the same person in a store to build a good rapport with them. Her co-workers came to her for advice several times while I was there. I want to stay at this store and I will if she stays at this store. I didn't want to go to this store because of previous visits but I am glad I did. She is a pleasure to work with. The store manager is friendly but not like Alyssa. She doesn't make you feel like I am a bother. She returns texts promptly and always courteous, friendly and a smile on her face. She is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars. Thank you

My experience with Verizon was the greatest! Robert, helped me and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about all the products. Thank you for having great employees to serve us. He deserves a raise for the high quality of service he gave me. Thank you Verizon for Robert!

These places remind me of car dealerships. They are out to nickel and dime you for every little thing and over charge the hell out of everything you need. What a rip off. But thats the world we live in!!!
