Eman handled customers in a timely manner and was good to inform me better deals - there were no hidden charges and well explained with everything. I would of give it a 5 star but the bathroom ran out of toilet paper

My sister and I went to go pick up her phone on a Sunday. We got there around 2:00 p.m and there was a sign on the door that said it was closed and that they would open again around 3:30 p.m. Online it said the store was open, but it wasn't.So we left and went back the next day on Monday and the phone was not there because the manager took the phone with him.Our order ended up being canceled the next day. I do not recommend this store they have poor customer service.

The sales person I have worked with at this store was the biggest con artist I’ve ever had to deal with…. We wanted to move my son from Boost to better coverage and he added him to my plan for a free phone which we are now paying for so it was not free! He tried to get me to sign a contract I couldn’t even see what the cost were, I told him I did not want the insurance and he signed me up for the AppleCare+ for all of my devices at a whopping $50 a month. They are trained to lie cheat and steal from you. Do not believe for one moment they will get you a plan best suited for your needs… it all about how much money they can con from you! Call Verizon, get what you need over the phone, those customer service representatives don’t get a commission and are considered about your business.
