Awesome place for me, arrived at 09:10, checked in with a busted side mirror, they took photoes, worked up an estimate, had the parts, put a guy on my truck, and I drove off the lot at 12:27.Staff was very polite and friendly.

I will never use this shop again. My truck has been in since Friday night. Part finally arrived Monday morning. They then proceeded to strip a bolt. It has taken a special kind of person over 30 hours to replace a stripped bolt. I thought I’d never say a freightliner shop was worse that a rush shop. But here it is. The manager also has no care for how fast trucks are in and out. It’s like he doesn’t understand that without semi trucks he wouldn’t have this job. They a SERIOUSLY milking the clock.

Tried to replace windshield on 2020 Freightliner, called them. First time phone assistant navigated to service department, they did not pick up and voice mail came out. Second time I called, lady on the phone was not that helpful and hung up the phone to my face while I was asking a question!!!
