It was packed eight minutes before closing. There was 14 people all with packages. I had three. A couple people had a lot of questions and needed guidance. The postal workers were very patient and accommodating and friendly and knowledgeable and they actually got all of us out of there happily without having to go past 5:00pm. WOW! They are ? good. Thank you Ontario Post Office. Way to go.

They even admitted they messed up because of incompetence, yet they label as not able to deliver as addressed..... usps is a waste of peoples money and needs complete management overhaul. Im still not getting my package even though it was considered resolved. Lady I talked to on the phone is rude, and I understand she has limitations to her abilities, but there was no assertion that any efforts were to be made on their part to intercept my package to get it to me... crickets from Mr pardella

Moved and put a change of address and still can't get my mail, the Ontario post office don't put the yellow sticker on it , I have my name on mail box and still can't get my mail have different mailman everyday sometimes don't get mail till after 6 wish they can keep to one person per route and they knew how to deliver mail they don't even read name on box wish they would put labels on mails

I had my mail on hold due to mail box being full. I have been calling ALL day and no one is picking up. Called the 1800 # and they said it will take up to 2 days for someone to call me back. What's the point in saying call if no one picks up the phone. And when they did (the one time) she was yelling for someone to pick up something, I kept saying Hello but she hung up. Great customer service.

Walked into empty post office and Sylvia immediately asked if she could help me. She was very pleasant and I dropped off a package and asked for a receipt. She was very nice about it and even checked off where my tracking number was and circled the barcode for telling about my experience and she explained it all to me.
