They always send my packages and my mail to my neighbors when I clearly don’t set my options up that way. Someone doesn’t pay attention to the address and it shows. I’d like to at least get ONE package I ordered instead of having to go to my neighbors ATOUND THE OPPOSITE END. ESPECIALLY if my door is RIGHT INFRONT ON THE ROAD

Terrible management. Yesterday I came by to pickup a package as I was leaving to college the next day. They told me the pallet wasn’t opened and that I could go on an app which didn’t even have the necessary option for pickup. The supervisor said to leave this inquiry form. Next day comes and they didn’t follow through. Employee said the supervisor doesn’t even show up on weekends. Waisted my time.

So I stopped at the Post Office this morning knowing that they open at 830 but I was fine with that. Apparently.
The black lady that worked there and opened the doors was having a very bad morning because I tried to joke with her. And tried to smile. I kindly said good morning. But she had a really bad attitude which is quite inappropriate for somebody.That's not even upset that you open the doors a few minutes late. I'm a week later and to update you.I went to track my Package and it shows that only the label has been created. I knew this woman was a problem from the Get-go and know what appears that?She's lost my package because of her inappropriate behavior that day

We have only lived in Ontario for two and a half years now but we get other people's mail about once a month on average, which makes me worried as to where my mail could possibly go. Thankfully we receive daily emails as to what's coming in the mail but still..

The Ontario PO is good if all you need is a stamp or for someone to ship out your package. If you need any form of assistance regarding something more complex, DO NOT go to this location. Opening up a PO box, needing a passport, setting up a business account, etc, should NOT be done at this office.
I had an appointment for a passport scheduled at 1:30 p.m. When I arrived, I waited at least 20 minutes and was never called. I lined up to speak to a clerk. One agent said the passport woman would call by appointment time, and I should be seen very soon.
Another 10 minutes go by, and now my lunch is almost finished. The passport agent flagged down the next person in line and did not call by appointment. I inquired with her about my appointment, and she advised that I line up to be seen.
Wait, I scheduled an appointment to then still have to line up and wait an hour+ to be seen? This is the first and last time I go here

The service is good and friendly. This post office have more parking than others. The post office is cleaner this time. The location it's not the greatest neighborhood. Great location to find the post office. You don't have to wait too long at the post office. Good place to visit .? ?

Why restrict lobby hours this much for your customers to not access their mail boxes at their convenience? It used to be open longer thanM-F: 6.30a- 8pSat: 8a-4pSun & holidays: closedUpdate: 02/26/2024 @ 7pm now and lobby is closed. The hours stop remain the same as posted. I think it’s time to close this PO Box since this place clearly operates like it does not exist to serve its customers.
