This place is trash! I wouldn't trust them with my mail. They close 10mins before the close time, they aren't friendly and treated me like a child when I had a simple question. They delayed my updated shipping so I never got paid for the item I sold and shipped through them.

Violet is very unprofessional when she is having a bad day. Beware , switch clerks if you see her annoyed face . And I see other complaints about the same person on the reviews.

I just dropped off a package for return, the man at the counter kept pointing at people to signal them to help first even thought I had been there first. When trying to return a package, he asked me to write something but I misunderstood him since he has a heavy accent so he snatched package and said out loud “you a dummy” and just laughed in my face, made me feel uncomfortable since there was other people there.

Clerks are rude, unhelpful and just want to sell you things. The woman with the silver hair is especially rude.

This location has plenty of parking, so easy to in and out. Also the staff that helped me was so nice, she answering my question nicely. I was in and out aboit 5 mints. Ive been others US post office other locations, idk why most of the staff was so mean and rude. But not here..Her name is violet. Thank you Violet.

I’ve had a box here since 2018. At first it was great. But then a few years ago it all changed. They stopped opening the door on Saturday, so if you work at can’t get home before closing or Monday-Friday your mail piles up. Then due to that they double the cost!! If it wasn’t such an inconvenience to change to a post office with weekend box service I would of moved my box long ago. I used to love this little post office and the postal workers there especially the man who handled the boxes that was so kind and helpful. It’s like when new owners buy your favorite places and they’re never the same! Except I don’t why they changed here cuz the federal government is still the owner isn’t it?

Vic is so unhelpful. I don't know if he is just lazy or he just doesn't like his job. The times he has given me information I ask someone else or I go to a different location and it's so much easier and a better experience. I promise if you drive to the one off benito you'll have a better experience they are super helpful and nice.

Our mail gets delivered from this office and we always get the wrong mail i had to sign up for the mail thing to see what is suppose to come in the mail just to make sure i get my mail. Just today march 9 2022 we recieved 5 pieces of mail that were not yours with different adresses on it please get the mail right

It is a nice sunny day and I was running around trying to get ready for Christmas, I stopped to get some packages mail, it was a pretty surprised to see there was not people at the post office...one lady in front of me, a handsome guy behind me...this FLORA lady/usps worker decided to skip me and start talking with the good lucking guy behind me-I'm not gonna lie, she was flirting with the dude, telling him about her family health issues and other nonsense...at least the lady went on and on for 10min...are you kidding me??

I called for a question that would have taken twenty seconds to answer. The first time I called, the phone rang until it disconnected. Okay. They’re busy. I can understand that. I waited a bit and called again. This time, someone definitely picked up the phone, but then immediately put me on hold before ever saying anything. I was on hold more than 15 minutes before I finally had to give up and hang up. Again, I can understand that they may be busy, but it’s a poor business practice to just ignore your customers completely. The question I needed to ask was a simple one, but apparently even that is too much of an inconvenience for the individuals working at this USPS location.

This post office is horrible. Line out the door . I think it’s rude to have customers wait outside in a line to drop off only. The postage was already on the box. They still want you to wait in line. Horrible customer service . Very rude people that work there.

Their customer support is horrible No explanation as to missing mail according to their website informed delivery" never received 2 envelopes of time sensitive material, an answering machine is all we get..
