“Two years ago I ordered my 2022 Mini Cooper EV and have to say I love this car. I traded my 2019 Mini convertible which I also loved and was very satisfied with the deal Alex Madrid offered at Mini Of Ontario. After two years of enjoying my Mini EV, it developed an issue with the steering. Service technician Zach Harper was assigned to my vehicle. From the start, Zach helped me get my vehicle towed to Ontario and determine the problem. The steering issue was covered under the warranty and Zach kept me updated throughout the process. It's a bit inconvenient to drive to Ontario for service but until Mini Cooper puts a dealership in Palm Springs, I can say only good things about Mini Cooper of Ontario.Bruce K.”

“Getting a Car from caravan was very fun experience when seeing my car come down the vending machine. Even though my car was used it was very clean inside and out. I loved the fact that it had low miles. The only problem I had was that my oil change light was on. I was told that caravan does an inspection on all the cars.I was told if an oil change was done they do not reset the light. I was still able to get my car oil checked for free with the help of Caravan. The 7 day grace period help a lot so I was able to get to now my car..”

“Bought a vehicle online through the internet/fleet manager. Picked it from the dealership's inventory and requested a net net price after dealer discount and factory rebates. Fantastic price quoted but negotiated a further dealer discount since I didn't qualify for the college grad factory rebate. Agreed on a final total price with rebates and dealer discount, sales tax, license and standard fees.Made an appointment for the next afternoon to complete paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Vehicle was ready, perfectly detailed and had a full tank of gas. Drove it home in less than 2 hours. I have had many great experiences buying vehicles this way but this was the easiest and best experience I have had yet!”

“No idea why you guys have only a 2.5 star rating. But, if I had to guess, I would say that these people just made poor choices throughout their life and now they're just blaming others, including this dealership. So, after that, I would like to leave a real review here. I started looking for a new truck for my ranch and I spoke to many people at many different dealerships. Not that they were all rude or didn't have nice trucks, but they weren't a Joe. Joe was the person I worked with here and he was just wonderful to work with. Besides just being a super nice guy, he worked really well with me and my personal financing company. He went above and beyond to help out with the paperwork and communication with my bank. I live two hours away from this dealership so, I really wanted the deal "done" before I went all that way. I chose a 2018 Ram 4x4 truck because I live in the desert. He assured me it was a great truck and of course, if I didn't love it when I arrived, we could always look at other options. But, I loved it!! He had everything ready for me to sign and had me on my way home very quickly. That was very helpful and much appreciated. Friday afternoon on the 4th of July weekend equals major traffic around here. But, since he had me ready to go, I avoided most of the traffic. Thank you for that Joe. I'll end this with, if you are in the market for a new car or truck, please stop by here or call. Ask for Joe because he is going to help you get what you need and I promise you, he is just a delightful guy to work with. Once again Joe, THANK YOU! You made this process very easy and comfortable.”
