Horrible customer service. I should have trusted the other reviews. Only 4 customers in the branch, 2 were with one banker and 2 tellers helping the other two customers, the 2nd banker asked to help me but because I wanted to open an account. She asked if I had an appointment and said rudely, well you need an appointment. She had a very bad attitude. No other customers in branch but she made me comeback 2 hours later. When I arrived, again 3 customers with tellers, I had to wait for 10 minutes!

Went in at 4:45 yesterday to deposit a check they said i had to come back because of the time had to go to another branch today

By far the worst customer I have ever received at a bank. On Tuesday I went in to open a Girl Scout's account with my troop co-leader. US Bank was not our first choice but Girl Scouts advised they had a partnership with them. We went in at 4pm. Bank closed at 5pm. They told us it wouldn't be enough time to open it. Although there were 2 bankers/tellers there and absolutely no one else. They told us we should come back on another day and make an appointment. We asked because our schedules didn't align could one of us come to open the account and get the process started and the other person come in immediately after, to which the teller said yes. We scheduled 2 consecutive appointments for that Friday. Friday comes and I check in at my appointment time, I don't get acknowledged or any help until 23 minutes after my appointment time, the girl comes out grabs my paperwork (mind you she seems me by myself) and says she needs to get everything scanned in. Leaves then comes back 10 minutes later to call me to a desk. At the desk she says "well you need both people here" mind you this is the same exact girl who we spoke with the Tuesday prior who told us the complete opposite. Then she had the nerve to say well you were speaking with my colleague who made you the appointments and I can't be responsible for what he told you. I told her "YOU told me one person could start the process and the next person could come in after me to finish it and interject yourself in to our conversation, we didn't ask you for help you took it upon yourself to jump in to our conversation" I grabbed my stuff and left. DO NOT HO TO THIS INCOMPETENT BRANCH OF IMBECILE BANKERS!!!

The ATM is always broken, I would say at least 60% of the time I cannot withdraw or deposit money. Its also always full of bugs. It makes me so angry that the ATM is not fully functioning for days at a time.

Rude telling me 100% transaction was not allowed when it was 100% allowed at another branch when dealing with a transaction involving my recently deceased mom. No compassion or respect during a difficult time.

This isn't my home branch (branch that my accounts were set up in), however, it's close to my office and it's the branch i bank at. Everyone in this branch is super friendly, professional and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way every time I go there to help me. Special props to Ian Glover (branch manager), Anna, Jackie and all the rest. You guys are great.

This bank sucks!!! The workers there dont even greet you when walking in, most of the workers not all look like they dont want to be there i mean i understand who want to be at work but its your job to put a smile on and look presentable and make the customer feel good. Also they are supposed to close at 4. This is the 3rd time i get there at 3:45 and they are closed. Seems like they make there own hours of closing.

This is the worst service for a bank since B of A. They take forever to help you. Then no matter how long the line is the Manager just sits in his office rather than help a customer.
