I've been calling to make a payment NO ANSWER. This will be my second late payment very upset. I make sure my payment are on time. To keep my HIGH credit score that I've worked so hard to maintain.

I absolutely love this credit union! The employees are very attentive to my needs. I was able to open up a personal savings, they take the money out of my paycheck with zero hassle. I recently did a refi on my car, I’m so very thankful for UPS Credit union! If you ever get the chance to visit their office ask for Crystal!
I told Crystal what I needed, she gave me a variety of options as well as solutions.

Pissed. I have been banking here for years and now I keep getting the run around about receiving my debit card. My card suddenly wouldn't work, so I physically went to the bank and was told nothing about why the card wasn't working, but I would be issued a new one.. A week and a half go by and nothing came. So, I went back again, THEN was told that my card was flagged for fraud .... So why did the teller not tell me when I went there the first time???? Why wasn't I notified from the bank to begin with??? So, I was then told that I'll receive a new one express and I confirmed my address, I'll have it in three days... Another week goes by. I call AGAIN! This time, I heard, the new card was fraudulent... Like.. What?? I, in a very pleasant voice, explained that I can't pay my damn bills.. The teller now says, it isn't the banks fault for not printing them for my convenience.. Wow. This is making me think about leaving the bank. Terrible. What happened to this place, I have never had this type of issue before?Also, I still have yet to recieve my card, nor has the manager ever returned my calls

I love this place and the service. I've used them to finance my car and did a small loan recently. easy paying them off too. they do payroll deduction straight from your pay check. i never have to worry about my payments. unfortunately the email response can be a little slow but other then that i love coming here.

Dropped by to get some cash. Decided to go inside the bank today instead of using the ATM.Surprisingly there's actually other customers here this morning, usually there's no one else here.

Former UPS Employee here. Started banking with them in 2015 and never thought twice about leaving. I've never had any problems with them. Walking into the facility there are never long lines, always clean, the staff is always very kind and helpful and parking is always available. My husband and I bank with the Ontario Branch and were forever members.

I actually just opened my savings and checking account last week and also applied for a loan ,was denied ,I don't know what they go based off ,really hard and after reading the ratings and comments now I understand,they need to also help the employees and customers,can write a lot more but I'll just leave it here .

Been a member since I started working with UPS early 2019, have since used the savings services that are provided. However when it has come to asking for a personal loan it is a denial every time. Banking here is no different then working for the actual company, they love to have your business yet, when you need them they can not deliver. There was a time that being part of the UPS "family" felt good, then I am reminded that I am just another face and unfortunately that feeling of family has vanished. I will admit that I have not been banking here for very long in comparison to other employees but in my opinion it is clear that a Credit Union is no different then a BoA or WF, especially a Credit Union that claims to be an employee based facility. With this recent loan application denied for a much smaller amount it is best to take the funds to a bank that is at the very least honest with letting an individual know they are just a "number".

Love my bank it's never a wait in line. The employees are always friendly. I have been a this bank for many years. Now my son is old enough to start saving, I will be getting him his savings here also.

Inconvenient in every way. Customer service is probably one of the worst you will find. I would rather bury my money in my backyard than put it here again. If your looking for a credit union or bank go somewhere else. This place is not it.
