My company uses a UPS account, and 2 of us weigh all the boxes before making the labels. My UPS driver is my proof!! Somehow, this hub is adjusting the weights on DOZENS of our boxes, adding SO MUCH WEIGHT!! I sent a 15 pound box, and they said it was 33!! 9 pound became 17. 30 pound became 47!! One overnight box to Seattle went from $59 to $129!!! One box!! It's been going on for many weeks. I called, emailed who they told me to email - no response. It's COST US well over $1,000, SO FAR!! Our driver thinks the hub scales are off. Someone needs to do something!

Lazy people. Always send packages to wrong address. When you go they take forever to find 1 package due to how unorganized it is. And pretend to fix addressing issues. Ive worked at a mail center. I get it can get tedious. But there's nothing hard about the job. Their just lazy

Julius Hammond with Wealth Champs PDIf you guys ever need to use this UPS Store, Never ever use them. I went there to get my package because I missed the delivery guy the previous day. They told me I couldn't use a ID/DL that my business address is not attached. I was proceeding to look for a document with my name on there and address then some employee comes out the office and tells me to leave or the Police would get called! WHAT? I was treated like a Dogg and I want Supervisor Lauren Vermillion and her Crew to be written up and or fired. You do not treat customers that way at any point in time in your life. If you can't conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, find a new line of work. Will be filing a formal complaint with the Corporate headquarters of UPS.

Use FedEx instead. UPS goes out of their way to be difficult. Only tries to deliver signature required packages during work hours when no one is home 9-5. Request to hold at UPS hub in Ontario but they are only open 10am to 2pm and then 7pm to 8pm. Real California Cheese.

Do NOT use UPS for overnight delivery. In my case, the package was delivered two days late after paying for overnight delivery. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. I spent nearly an hour talking to several different reps who claimed they did not pick up the package from the Postal Annex until 8pm. Since the Postal Annex closed at 6pm I find that highly unlikely. Bottom line, they did not provide the service I paid for and then refused to take any responsibility. Pay the few extra dollars for FedX if you want your overnight packages delivered on time!!

Horrible service they have 5 people upfront just waiting there trying to do as littile as possible the Karen up front and her co workers we're looking for excuses not to ship my package first they said it was to long wich it was half the maximum size then they complained about weight when the package was less than 50 lbs then they complained about with I just got my package and took it to a regular ups store and they ship it with no complaints so to the Karen's that work up front at the ups hub go screw yourselves lol

Lazy lying drivers. My sons birthday is today and the main present was to be delivered today and we get a notification that it was attempted but that’s not true we have a ring camera and no attempt was made. They flat out lied and now bcuz of the holiday he won’t get his present for 3 more days. Wait till I find out the lazy a** driver that ruined my 5 yr olds bday. Gonna be a bad day for him.

Went to pick up an item I had held at the UPS customer center. Very friendly efficient staff. Great convenient parking for customers. I was in and out within minutes.

Lost 2 of my 3 packages and said it was delivered how can one package be delivered at 4:03 PM and 2 packages supposedly we're delivered at 8:13 PM I was home the whole time with my windows open the truck never came at 8:13 PM I am so frustrated And you can't get nobody on the phone this place really is doing some shady business

I currently work at Public Storage in Montclair and Ace, Matt, Frank & Robert are by far my favorite drivers. Every day when I see them they always say hi and make sure we’re ok here in the office. Very friendly, professional and courteous!

My UPS driver attempted to deliver a package to my house but didn't leave any notice so I wasn't aware. He then attempted again the next day and AGAIN didn't leave a notice. I only found out after looking up the tracking info when the package was late. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't make another delivery and I needed to pick up the package at the UPS center. They told me the hours were from 10am to 8pm. I showed up at 5:45 after leaving work and when I arrived I was told they were closed and they are only open from 7-8. I asked "7am to 8pm?" And she said "no, 7pm to 8pm" - Only ONE hour in the evening?! So I sat in my damn car and had to wait... seething in anger
