Ontario management does not appreciate their workers. Freezing weather, they drive with open tugs. They offer rain gear that splits like paper, they make them have 100 safe work days and offer treats which employees never get, sometime 98 days and have to start from day 1 because someone cut their finger :( so sad. Management sits in their trucks when it's cold, yet employees can't sit in the Van when it's pouring rain. No room in break room for all employees, too small.

Lazy people. Always send packages to wrong address. When you go they take forever to find 1 package due to how unorganized it is. And pretend to fix addressing issues. Ive worked at a mail center. I get it can get tedious. But there's nothing hard about the job. Their just lazy

Julius Hammond with Wealth Champs PDIf you guys ever need to use this UPS Store, Never ever use them. I went there to get my package because I missed the delivery guy the previous day. They told me I couldn't use a ID/DL that my business address is not attached. I was proceeding to look for a document with my name on there and address then some employee comes out the office and tells me to leave or the Police would get called! WHAT? I was treated like a Dogg and I want Supervisor Lauren Vermillion and her Crew to be written up and or fired. You do not treat customers that way at any point in time in your life. If you can't conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times, find a new line of work. Will be filing a formal complaint with the Corporate headquarters of UPS.

Do NOT use UPS for overnight delivery. In my case, the package was delivered two days late after paying for overnight delivery. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare. I spent nearly an hour talking to several different reps who claimed they did not pick up the package from the Postal Annex until 8pm. Since the Postal Annex closed at 6pm I find that highly unlikely. Bottom line, they did not provide the service I paid for and then refused to take any responsibility. Pay the few extra dollars for FedX if you want your overnight packages delivered on time!!

Horrible service they have 5 people upfront just waiting there trying to do as littile as possible the Karen up front and her co workers we're looking for excuses not to ship my package first they said it was to long wich it was half the maximum size then they complained about weight when the package was less than 50 lbs then they complained about with I just got my package and took it to a regular ups store and they ship it with no complaints so to the Karen's that work up front at the ups hub go screw yourselves lol

UPS is also a simple drop off. They get me in and out as quickly as possible and the girls are always nice

Went to pick up an item I had held at the UPS customer center. Very friendly efficient staff. Great convenient parking for customers. I was in and out within minutes.

My UPS driver attempted to deliver a package to my house but didn't leave any notice so I wasn't aware. He then attempted again the next day and AGAIN didn't leave a notice. I only found out after looking up the tracking info when the package was late. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't make another delivery and I needed to pick up the package at the UPS center. They told me the hours were from 10am to 8pm. I showed up at 5:45 after leaving work and when I arrived I was told they were closed and they are only open from 7-8. I asked "7am to 8pm?" And she said "no, 7pm to 8pm" - Only ONE hour in the evening?! So I sat in my damn car and had to wait... seething in anger

Third "service interruption" out of the UPS Ontario Hub in the past two years. Another 1.5-starred business that's earned its reputation. As for me, I give this hub ZERO stars. Never had service interruptions when a package goes through the UPS Baldwin Park facility. And quite frankly, even with its undeservedly bad reputation, never had any problems when packages are delivered through the United States Postal Service (aka post office). I think the problems described here in the reviews can be blamed on the management and supervisors at this particular UPS Ontario Hub. They seem to be doing a horrible job!For me, I'll be opting for FedEx or the Post Office in the future. Never had any so-called service interruptions with FedEx or the Post Office. I think you should do the same.

Tracy is amazing. This woman has amazing customer service skills. I came to pick up my package and she was extremely helpful and to top it off sweet. I wish I had people like her working for me.

Came by to drop off a package. Parking is limited.You can go up to the kiosk and print out your own label. Easy peasy!The employees here are the best! They always are very friendly to me and I never have any problems shipping.
