I have been a customer and a P.O. Box holder since this UPS store opened. The owner is such a wonderful man, the employees all work very hard and very friendly. I feel very secure with all my mail and packages coming to this UPS Store. I always receive excellent customer service.

No follow through with employee trying to find out what happened with a package being delivered. No call back, had to call them several times even though I gave them my cell phone, tracking #, and item missing.

I had the worst experience at this store. the store messed up when shipping my item so the item got returned to the store. they charged me again to ship out the item even know it was their fault. when I asked to talk to the owner I was told he was in a meeting and they didn't know when he would be done. I left my name and number for him to call me and never received a phone call. I will not be going back to this store again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve patronized this business ever since it opened. They are efficient, convenient and family like. The young new owner is starting out in business and I feel shame for those who disparage such small enterprises…perhaps psycho-therapy would help the discontented.

Needed to notarize some signatures and was quick and reasonable 15 bucks per signature , got me out quickly, friendly staff very professional.

Received a flyer from this address promising $1000 per paperback book, after sending a $150 cash and 2 books of stamps. To be returned to another ups store. The company name is Info Express. Just a fyi everything I've found leads to a scammer.

Good UPS location, friendly staff I've had here my mailbox for three or more years never had an issue which they open a little earlier so I could get there before work but other than that great thanks

This was my first time going to a UPS store. I wanted to send a college care package full of goodies to one my friends The worker was very friendly! He nicely packed everything in a box and let me double check it before he sealed it. It's soo convenient that the workers can easily just pack and ship your packages! It was one less thing i had to think about! They' had many shipping options and I chose the cheapest/ slowest shipping and my got their package in 3 days!

Paid $77 to ship a box only for it to get returned!I asked if my box was good to reuse, and they said yes, THEY EVEN TAPED IT FOR ME.A label from previous shipment classified it as hazardous materials. NOBODY SAID ANYTHING, after they closed it for me!When the box was returned they offered a 20% discount to resend it… 20%! What a joke!
