IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PACKAGE. I HAVE A SECURITY CAMERA VIDEO OF UPS DRIVER DRIVING PAST MY HOUSE AND MARKING IT DELIVERED. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK OF THEM CLOSING INVESTIGATIONS SAYING THEY FOUND IT AND DELIVERED IT, IN WHICH THEY DID NOT. MOST FRUSTRATING THING TO EVER HAPPEN. THEY HAVE ONE JOB AND CANNOT DO IT. DO NOT USE UPS AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RUIN EVERYTHING

It seems that you don't acknowledge the importance of notifying all parties involved in the shipping process. Instead, you focus solely on the safety of the drivers. I want to clarify that no one is suggesting you take safety lightly. However, I requested that you take responsibility for informing both senders and receivers about the delivery status. You need to ensure clear communication about whether deliveries can be made to specific locations. Taking responsibility for this communication is crucial.
My recommendation for those who need to receive important and sensitive shipments, such as medication for loved ones, is to avoid using UPS. They failed to notify all parties involved, even when you have an account and your name, address, and email are registered. As a result, your shipment may be returned or you might receive it only after incurring additional time and expense.
Original review : I had a terrible experience with this location. I ordered items online for delivery, but never received my package. After waiting a long time, it was returned to the sender. Subsequently, I paid a premium price to have important documents delivered to my home. Despite this, the package was late again, and I had to call to locate it. I was told over the phone that I needed to pick it up from this location. This was very frustrating, as I had paid extra for prompt delivery and had to cancel a work appointment to retrieve the package.
When I arrived, I asked why the package was not delivered to my home despite the premium charge. The employee rudely responded that someone at apartments compound had threatened one of their drivers. I explained that I should have been notified of this issue, but he cut me off, saying that it wasn’t my concern. He seemed indifferent to the fact that their driver had been threatened and that they failed to notify the sender or receiver about delivery issues at address.
This lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable. I will no longer use their services and will request that vendors avoid shipping via UPS. I worry about elderly people who rely on timely deliveries, such as for medications. When I called UPS customer service, they assured me the issue would be addressed and that I would receive a follow-up call. However, no one contacted me.

I usually use FEDEX, but a customer asked us to send his package to UPS.The biggest disappointment is that they close at 2 pm. It was like stepping back in time. They still use paper documents they make you fill out, not shipping software they just plug your info in. The best part of the experience was that there was no wait

A great big thank you to Don and Hondo for their assistance with information on shipping a package back to the sender. They saved us a bunch of money on shipping a package. We will be back when we have to ship more packages. Again, thank you Don and Hondo.

This facility stole my package, now my tracking number “can’t” be found by UPS customer service. Terrible experience. Package was originally sent from Baldwin park, Arrived at Ontario and hasn’t moved since. I assume it’s stolen.

I've had multiple packages "held up" here without explanation and their hours are horrible. How do you expect someone with normal working hours to pick up something by closing at 2pm and closed weekends... ridiculous.!

They delivered my package to someone else and didn’t check to see if it belonged there as the ADDRESS ON IT IS MY ADDRESS NOT SOMEONE ELSES so now I have no idea where it is and out $375!!!!! HOW DO YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS NOT ON THE PACKAGE????

At least half of the items I order go through here or "Chino" and at least half of those come here and die. Never to be seen again. Lost in a circular battle - sometimes being shipped to Kentucky and back! Usually sent back and forth between Chino and Ontario for days and days. UPS is a joke!
