Having to pay to pick up packages is the most ridiculous thing ever. I asked about my packages and gave tracking numbers, the employee said they were NOT there. When I did my tracking it showed they were clearly delivered there. Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

The clerk had a horrible attitude maybe because she had her kids at work with her. When it was finally my turn. She wanted to charge me to close the box. With all of the mailing I do, I have never been charged for that. In matter of fact most stores like that just to make sure that your not shipping anything illegal.

I received a package from Amazon that I needed to return. It's was all in original box but needed an 18 inch piece of tape. Clerk said that she had to charge me for the tape!!! Bad business! I refused and will go somewhere else. I will NEVER use the business again.

I have paid for my P.O. Box since 2019 and for a long time I was treated with respect by workers but lately I have been treated like s*** by a couple of workers. First of all without any notice I was forced to pay an extra twenty dollars for my box. Today when I went to pick up my mail this older lady who wears her hair up that I never saw before was completely rude to me and my daughter and even other customers who needed help. She doesn't even know how to put the right mail in the right boxes. Please don't invest your money here unless you want to be treated like crap and have your mail stolen.

Do not take your Amazon returns here. They will not scan them or their employees are stealing large items. They did not scan over 300.00 in large items I returned and now they are saying they were never scanned.

This is June 1st and the most recent employees the two women Hispanic like little girls really unprofessional and disrespectful in a professional way taxing customers the price of printing out something for a shipping label one day it's a different price and another day it's a higher price doesn't make any sense I'll make a lot of sense about texting though you're Uncle Sam

I received a delivery confirmation from the post office that an expensive package arrived almost ten days ago and the very rude person named Chris said he had no delivery notice for it. He refused to check on it, walked away from me and went to the next person in line. I went and got my phone to show proof of delivery and he refused to look at it and ignored me completely as if I was not there. He was supposedly training someone who will probably wind up being just as rude as him. I will not be renewing my mailbox and will never step foot in there again if he is there. Too bad the owner thinks so much of him but it will be her losing out in the long run and it's called bottom line profit.

I went in to mail out a package and Ashley was very rude. As soon as I walked in she greeted me with a an ugly attitude for no reason. I asked for help to mail something and all she said was "you can do that online." Oh thank you Ashley if I wanted to do it online I wouldn't have gone into the store. What's the point of wearing the uniform and be there to assist customers if you don't wanna do your job. Very unprofessional.

I made an appointment to have an important document notarized and took time off work specifically for that appointment.When I arrived, they told me the person who does notarizing a document didn't work on this day. I asked why I was offered this date and time when there was no availability. The clerk simply told me the scheduling tool is unreliable, and that I should try a different location. I asked for their assistance and helping me find a location that for sure did notarization, and stated that I had a deadline for this document today, and was really relying on this appointment. They gave me a number and said they're unable to help and that there's nothing they can do because it's not their fault. The provided number I called said they did not handle notarizing. While I understand potentially not having control over a franchised website, they should've had access to appointments for the day, and been able to identify that notary appointments were being scheduled in error. It also would have been appreciated to have their assistance in problem solving instead of telling a customer it's not their fault and not acknowledging the impact.So now I took time off for no reason and can't get my car.

I had some Amazon returns and I didn’t notice one needed to be packaged. The guy with the man bun who was helping me told me it would be $1 and some change for one of the returns. I already had it in an Amazon package and sealed it up (kind off weakly cause the tape only partially worked). He told me if I sent it like that the items would probably come out and then proceeded to turn the package by its end and shake it. #1 - didn’t appreciate the snarky tone. # 2 - Thanks for starting the process of my items falling out by shaking the package upside down. Really????
