Made my week of commuting painless! After my car broke down for good, I thought I would have to quit my long distance job. This rental company made renting a car painless! The gentleman at the counter was pleasant and helpful. I had to add an extra week and it was a pleasure to rent from them. Two weeks in a rental and I was able to do it with just my debit card! I’m happy to refer them to anyone that asks!

great, fast service, communicative staff, didn't jerk us around like other rental companies.
We had a very rough time getting to ONT. The staff here were good Communicators and provided efficient service that went above and beyond when we finally got here. An excellent, no nonsense operation, will be using them again for future trips.

United Auto Rental what can I say if you don't want to go to the "Big Box" rental agencies, and you want first class customer service......I'm talking Ritz Carlton/AMEX customer service the UAR is your go too! I've been renting from them off and on for a few years. Hassle free and worry free! You're in and out in minutes. The best part is you greeted by name as soon as you walk in. If an issue comes with your rental UAR is all over it if its a simple service light to a flat tire you are covered within minutes of notification. No major credit card no problem......use your debit card. You can also use cash just check to see what the cash restrictions are. You must have your own auto insurance for the rental, and yes proof is required at time of rental. If you don't auto insurance hit up my boy Leo and his crew at A Max Insurance in Fontana off Foothill and Citrus for a non-owners policy.

This company was a life saver after some issues with the rental companies at the airport and not being able to move forward with the rental. Sergio was prompt and courteous when picking us up. He was very friendly and helpful. Tom was very helpful and understanding with getting everything squared away in the office. The car we were picked up in was our rental, which made things so much nicer and easier to not have to reload a vehicle! I would 110% recommend this company to anyone looking for a company away from the big ones at the airport!

It's a horrible place to rent. I'm never renting there again. Both autos had issues, and the customer service is lousy. I will never rent again from these people horrible. Non professional.

Rented with them and dropped off at SNA airport. Some miscommunication but they accommodated and made our trip easy going. Got to the airport in less then 5 min since they dropped us off in the rental we used. Easy and convenient for sure. Will rent again with them. Thanks guys at the ONT location it was nice renting with you.

These guys are legit. This is the 4x I have rented the 15 passenger van. I even show up the day before I need it… and they make it happen. Super clean. Super nice employees. I highly recommend these guys. And their restroom is super clean.
