This place made my daughter feel bad about having black hair they didn’t wanna service her because her hair was to untamed said the ulta worker. The girl ignores my daughter to continue her conversation with her coworkers. And looks at us up and down like as if we didn’t belong. It’s sad how these places can’t cater to all hair types. Very rude people entitled people with their nose up At us. I will spend my money on ulta ever again

I'm hoping today was just an off day for them, which is why I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and rating 3 stars instead of 2.1. Workers seemed overwhelmed and tired, not entirely present mentally. 2 of my encounters with employees felt rushed and inconvenient for them. She put products in my bag to buy instead of testing it and discussing my concerns. Then she just threw me to another person, who seemed like she didn't like another employee. Again, maybe it was just an off day, however, the vibes were off in there. My other two interactions were actually really good! One Hispanic and another woman that wore grungy makeup. They gave me multiple options, asked questions, and had great customer service skills! Easy to get along with.2. There were hardly any testers. It made it difficult to, well, test products. Makeup unorganized , and prices or labels missing.Overall, my least favorite Ulta to go to.

Very large store enough space for walking and Sandra was cool, always understood to have answers when. I am not sure about gift items and pricess but she did mention she was around to help out.Check out the process. I can not give 5 stars. There was one person by herself out of so far, seen more than 6 employees standing and greeting rather than helping out with the line. Another person finally showed up to help with the line, but it seems like it has to take a long line to see that view. I guess that's how teycan product stress on o e person. She was still a ro k star by herself. Overall, patience is a virtue these days.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to Alexandria! I'm pretty inexperienced with makeup and it was so overwhelming for me. But she went step by step and it was so amazing to actually learn how to apply makeup properly and have it actually match my skintone.☺️

I came in to buy a few things for my mom and Nina was especially helpful with Clinique. She was so kind and asked questions to really help understand the needs I was looking for. Because of her excellent customer care which made for a great experience I will be coming to this location even tho there is one slightly closer to me. Thank you Nina for everything.

I was checking out at the register and Jennifer lead cashier was really rude. I asked her to check if an item was in stock. No eye contact. She ignored me. She was just overall with an attitude. If you're having a bad day, go home. Shouldn't be a lead if you're not leading by example for the rest of your team. Do better. Will not be returning.

I went on a Monday and they weren't busy in the afternoon, and I came in to redeem my birthday gift. I asked one of the sales associate who was fixing the perfume where can I find a specific item. He just pointed and didn't bother to help me or look for that item because he looks pre occupied with he was doing. I think that's poor customer service, and needs more proper training on how to assist a customer.

This is for the salon at Ulta, Ontario. I was checking out haircut prices at local salons and couldn't believe what some are charging now. So I decided to go with ulta since they charge $47 for a haircut, wash and style (some charge more depending if it's an elite stylist). I booked an appointment over the phone and was able to squeeze in the same day. I was a little nervous since I haven't had the best experience at the ulta store section in Ontario but I was pleasantly surprised to see how welcoming the girls were at the salon. My appointment began at the time it was scheduled and my stylist was Kamren. Kamren specializes in lobs which I was also pleased to learn since that is what I went in for. On the ulta site it says a haircut takes an hour but I appreciated that she took her time to even it out and had another stylist double check it to be sure. I love how my hair turned out and how perfect it looks. Also, if you're an ulta rewards member, you get points at the salon section as well. Don't sleep on the salon at Ulta, Ontario!

Let’s start this off with, I don’t really know anything about makeup, maybe the bare basics of it, but other than that I don’t know how to match anything on me or anyone, heck I just mastered how to put an eye winged eyeliner without messing up. But I’ve been learning little by little what goes with me and what I like through Youtube videos.I’ve only stepped into Ulta 3 times in my life. The first 2 times, I’ve had horrible experiences, no one had patience with me and I left and never looked back, I rather spend a little more in Sephora or Morphe than step foot again at Ulta. And I’ve seen other reviews and heard stories from other people as well throughout the years about Ulta’s employees reputations. But today my mom wanted to go into Ulta since it was the first makeup store she saw when we walked into Ontario Mills. So I accompanied her and wanted to ask somebody for help, because even if I am a woman Im still learning about makeup at 26 years old, mostly because I don’t think I need much of it. I started buying some makeup products at 19/20 but didn’t really use much because I’ve been blessed with a smooth acne free skin so far, besides the natural facial hairs and pimples that pop out every once in awhile. I saw an employee by the name of NATALIE and she was so helpful and gave a thorough explanation of the product my mom had a question on and to our surprise she spoke spanish so she was able to help my mom in her language. Then Natalie referred us to STEPHANIE who we felt blessed to be referred to because she also spoke spanish and my mom and I especially me felt so comfortable with her! She explained every little thing to my mom. And everyone who has a parent who asks many questions to an employee. knows it can be kind of annoying to the employee when they ask too many questions, to the point where the employee shows that, BUT not Stephanie! Stephanie was a sweetheart and had so much patience towards my mom. I appreciate Natalie’s and Stephanie’s attitude, patience, respect, and overall them as a human being. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond for us. ?
