Uline may seem reasonable in pricing but they grossly over charge for shipping and delivery. They even charge $25 if you want to pick something up. It seems they stopped pick-up during Covid and now cheat the customers with unreasonable shipping and pick-up charges. Their customer service doesn't seem to care. I try to avoid them whenever possible.

No brick and mortar stores? $42 for shipping for two boxes? Did you close your doors after Covid so you can rake in the millions on your shipping? I mean I can't even go in to see what I'm trying to buy before I buy it? Unbelievable

Bought 2 WINDPRO® HEAVY DUTY SNAP EDGE SIGNS from Uline and both of them are very flimsy and got damaged within couple of months and the customer service doesn't even bother and esp Brit was rude both the times and they don't stand by their product and the claims that it stands 60miles per hour wind is a lie, utter falsification entirely disproportionate to any discernible end in view. They certainly do not have any quality control

Third time posting my review as it has been suppressed twice now. I work from home and use a variety of pens. My Uline branded pen writes horribly. It’s currently the worst pen I use. Makes me wonder if other Uline branded products perform similarly.

Their ads kept popping up, so we tried them. Huge and expensive mistake. 80% of the boxes wouldn't close. We lost a lot of tape putting the bottoms together, and instead of offering to immediately send replacements, they wouldn't even consider it or consider a refund until the product returned to their warehouse. They don't care to keep business. However, they will ship a massive catalogue with your order. They are archaic and will have a fate similar to dinosaurs.

Shipping charges are through the roof and you will get mailed absurdly heavy catalogues every month or so from a mailing list you never agreed to sign up to.

SNEAKY BUSINESS! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ZERO RESOLUTION. My business was a local customer for 6 years and spent thousands of dollars per year. In my 6th year as a customer, I had a problem with their boxes, and they offered zero resolution and interest in keeping my business. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM, READ ALL OF THEIR FINE PRINT.

We are 10 min away and have our own truck. Uline does not allow will call orders. Their delivery rate is rather high. For returns you can not drop off you must ship ups which is high too. We figured place another order pay for inbound shipping and give driver return to take back. Uline then sends a separate bill for the driver who has already made the trip.
