I was on the job with my boss and they have the most upsetting person in charge he's running the crew like chickens in a coupe took them an hour to load a small trailer and a FURNITURE DOLLY. The guy was yelling and pointing fingers and came at me with the same tone; loud and obnoxious hopefully they don't treat all customers the same.

This review is for Nemiah, Mr. Like in the Bible. This walking Q-Tip decided it would be a good idea to first shout orders at me and tell me that I was not allowed to return our truck to the required location then ligh a nasty a** cigarette inside the building and while standing next to me, he then blew his smoke out at me but slightly o the side, so f****** rude. And if I wasn't a past smoker I would have been coughing my lungs out. He is lucky my kids weren't standing there r else I would have brought the police. I did call him a b**** and a p**** before i left so that was nice. He tried to force me to work with him as if the other lady couldn't even though she had no customers. Then she said she would take it after they went into detail about not being able to return the truck. They laughed with eachother about how upset I was at the cigarette smoke before calling me bipolar. I was so frustrated after being told to drive to 2 different uhauls then having to come back. The uhaul reps o. The phone tried to get these people to listen but they insisted the uhaul reps on the phone didn't know what they were talking about. The customer service at this uhaul is so f****** shitty I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them. I do apologize to the owner for being loud and saying bad words but honestly if the manager had been on site when I asked for him/her I wouldn't have had to tell curly q skeletor to get the f*** out of my face.

3 hours to get a trailer. That I had reserved a week ago. I get there and the kid claims there are no more U Boxes and no one was there that was certified in forklifting.... Suddenly some other kid appears and he's the certified forklifter and claims I can take the DEMO out in front because it would "take too long to get to the other boxes in storage out there"..... uh isn't that your JOB?! So we go to this demo and immediately the lock FALLS OFF because the wooden part of the box is all wet and falling apart from all the rain. Only then does he finally say he will go and retrieve another U Box for me. Let me say these things aren't cheap either. For what I'm paying ($3,600+) this is ridiculous. It gets better... I walk out to the back to see what is taking so long and these dudes are just huddled together outside SMOKING WEED. My paperwork was never done and they stupidly say that the person in the front will do it. I get inside and she was shocked the boys didn't take care of it... This is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Don't bother wasting your money here with this company or this particular location. Such a joke.

Family member reserved a unit to rent for a year. Only local storage available in IE. advertising as a unit temp control and located on second floor but able to pull up for unloading.... Ahh no - all unloading is pullup and use stairs to move Everything! When we went to see the unit - it was located on a row where the beam was lower than the ceiling so you had to duck every time & that just wasn't gonna work to move a entire household of things in an 8x8 unit. We asked to switch to the lower level which they were accommodating as one other unit was left. Note - you have to buy their lock as its required for this type of storage- "puck lock" I am giving 2 stars for the service & secure location but overall storage size and units available was thumbs down.

So disappointing to see that most of the employees here do not wear facial coverings. Regardless of your personal opinions on COVID, having employees not respecting COVID protocols is bad for business. My husband has been coming here to refill our propane tanks for the last year and I will suggest we take our business elsewhere for safety reasons.

I went into their enclosed air-conditioned office (wearing a mask) to inquire about van rental rates and possibly make a reservation. The two men behind the counter did not have face coverings as well as the two customers they were talking to (the lady actually had her mask lowered to her chin while the man did not even bother wearing one).They were engaged in a lively conversation. No sign at the door requiring face covers. Signs were on the floor to indicate social distancing but that was it. I assessed the situation and looked at the surroundings and wondered how much aerosol droplets these people were emitting in this enclosed area. I got the hell out of there. Never coming back.

I left my vehicle there (made sure to park in front of a camera's view) while I rented a truck. Obviously I couldn't drive both vehicles so as not to leave my car there. Well a customer of UHaul had a confrontation with one of the employees. They got into the an argument and she vandalized my car out of anger (told to me by an employee). Well, I called UHaul corporate and spoke to a Makayla who said they do NOT have video footage (lie) and they would not be responsible for third party actions. She was extremely rude and condescending. So now I have to take them to small claims court as the police officer and my insurance company suggested. UHaul is a national business I rented five times within a month you would think they could have replaced a window and door trim. What a disappointed followed by unfriendly staff and experience!
