After moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment and into my now studio I was looking for the best place close to home to store my extra things. Trojan Storage checked all the boxes for me. Abraham was great at letting me know my options and finding me the perfect unit for my items. Highly recommend renting here and ask for Abraham!

I was in the need of storage and I needed to do it in a hurry. I looked around and I looked around, actually I looked around and I found the cheapest place for what I needed a 5 x 8 space $40 for the first two months and then $90 a month so actually I couldn’t find anywhere cheaper. The location is perfect close by where I need and fit 23 - 27 gallon bins. The customer service was great. Daniel, who got all my paperwork together was courteous and friendly and knew what he was doing. I appreciate good customer service, The storage unit was clean. It’s all on one level so you don’t have to climb stairs or take an elevator I recommend this storage to those who want to save money and want great customer service

a very expensive place for the size of the storage, apart from that they give preference to new people and those who have been renting for a long time are charged more and more, a new person is charged $235 for a medium storage and those who have been renting for more than 2 years renting they want to charge you $450 for the same space, I really don't recommend it

Do not store anything here. Customer service does nothing but give generic responses. Passing on complaints does absolutely nothing. The customer is still charged unfairly.
My friend rented here for 8 years straight. She even referred me. And when she was moving out, communicated everything to them. They flat out refused to pro-rate the days used or give a refund. I was with another facility, which after 4 yrs, pro-rated the days and refunded the difference.
In 8 yrs, her rental fee increased by double and a half. And everything was covered in thick dust.
Go somewhere else, where it's not just about the money, but people too.
